Issues with Ryzen 5 3600

Everytime I would turn it to 3200 my PC would not post. Running stable at 3066 MHz.

Maybe it's something wrong with my motherboard or computer? I don't know. But as soon as I took the RAM out, my computer worked normally. I am deeply disappointed.
