If you like corsair and high quality audio, this is the headset to get. It has amazing sound and can be tuned with Corsair's SoundID software. It has wide compatibility and amazing range. The only issue I've had is comfort with the narrow headband.

Amazing product. Sturdy, premium feel, plenty of features and ACTUAL ANC to keep you focused on whatever you're playing. The dials on the earcups are amazing too.

Headset build quality was very high and feel it would last a life time. However, I was not a fan of the pads and found them uncomfortable though this is an endless struggle for myself with a large head. I think for the price there are better options to consider like the Audeze Maxwell which to me has the best audio representation of any wireless gaming headset and should be a direct competitor to this headset.
That's unfortunate, hope you find a pair that fits you better from other our offerings or another brand!

Great quality, no separate voice/game audio.

The build quality is great, sound was on point with other headsets in the same price range and the software works well. The downside, these do not have a separate channel for voice audio and game audio, that was a deal breaker for me on a headset at this price point. If this is not a deal breaker for you, they are awesome.
Please verify features before purchase to avoid purchasing a product which doesn't have a feature you want and then giving it a bad review for working as designed.

Coming from the Kraken V4 Pros and the Arctis Wireless Nova Pros, the Virtuoso Max easily has the best audio and mic quality of the two. Unfortunately, it falls short in comfort, as the top band causes a lot of fatigue. A few google searches show that this has been a long standing issue with the Virtuoso line, so that's a huge disappointment that upgrades have not been made on their halo product.
Sorry to hear this one wasn't the best for you regarding head tightness, hope that another unit in our repertoire fits you better.

The RGB is cool, it is comfortable but after awhile you do feel a little sting on top of your head but overall sound is good and very clear I’m happy with this purchase

Compared with the HS80 I had previously this was a huge upgrade. The mic works perfectly and using this for both my pc and tv at the same time working very well.
Headset ALWAYS ends up falling apart! Good mic tho

Bought the Corsair Virtuoso Max at Best Buy for $275.00, and got the protection plan. Great mic quality, great audio quality, yet around 2+ months, the faux leather top of the headband started peeling. I was careful to not fall asleep with the headset on or ANYTHING else that would be rough with it. the faux leather top peeled completely off, so did plastic layering below it, leading to the pad on the top part of the headset to start separating from the cheap headband.
I took it in to bestbuy, got a BRAND NEW replacement, and after 2 months of use, the SAME EXACT ISSUE happened the SAME EXACT WAY.
SO? Screw Corsair if their CRAP is built cheap! Apparently I no longer will buy a Corsair product, and this is after having the Corsair HS80 headset for 5 years, where the earpads eventually fell apart and I had to KEEP buying replacement earpads until I finally upgraded the Corsair HS80 and bought the Corsair Virtuoso Max.
Now....it looks like I purchased the $400 Astro A50X, and so far it seems good, but I literally just bought it today. If it ends up being a better headset, then, it's worth it to pay the extra.
It's not like I was going to be stupid enough to go the Corsair Route again...

Gunfire direction(PUBG) with this headset is the best and I own a lot of them. Feels expensive, and works the same. This is the best gaming headset I have in my inventory. No problems at all.

I love them. They are very clear and have good sound clarity. The noise cancelation and passthrough are surprisingly good. They also have good app connectivity and plenty of customization options.

This headset has the best audio I have ever heard and is the most comfortable headset I've ever worn. It has 1 issue though which makes it horrible which is that the headset has a terrible build quality. It just happened to break so easily without ever dropping it at all so gg.

The surrounding Noise cancellation from these headphones are hands down the best I’ve had out of any headsets I’ve bought. The sound quality is amazing!
