Good purchase! However, 15 days after purchase I unplugged it from charging over night and it refused to turn on. A brief google for this model reveals a KNOWN issue for the last year, if the button is "bumped" while plugging in to charge it will go in bootloader mode and not turn back on. I followed all the forum suggestions of using the iCUE software and checking firmware with no luck. Unit was DOA after 15 days of ownership, I called Corsair for support and was told I could mail it back on my dime for a RMA replacement, aka a used model and wait 2-4 weeks. I returned mine to bestbuy with complaint and purchased a logitech instead. Save your money.

May I have the name of who informed you you would get a used model back for RMA? If you purchased a new product and you need to RMA then we would only ever give you a brand new replacement.
