USB port broke one day after the 15 day deadline

If I held the wire just right the orange charging light would come on but when I let it go the charging would stop. DO NOT BUY unless you purchase a maintenance package with them. I purchased a 2-year one and thank God I did. I would return them if I could and get the wired version. Now I'm stuck with the wireless. The problem with BestBuy protection policies is the third time is the charm. After that they don't honor the policy anymore.

They were comfortable and came with a long wire when needed for recharging. I didn't like how it requires two USB slots and did not last that long.

I do not think it is the headset itself but possibly a bug in drivers that causes it. I won't buy again but when it works it works great. Get the protection plan in case it happens to you.
