This phone has some nice features like the red light that comes on when the phone rings. I think any older person would benefit from having this phone.

The buttons are large, so the product is great if you don't have you eye glasses or contact lenses in. The emergency programming was simple to use.

Got it for my 91 year old mother. She likes it and that all that matters to me

I bought this phone because my Mom is hard of hearing. Well to find out like the last review posted, it stinks. It says it is good for ones who uses hearing aides, but it isn't. She cannot hear it ring. And that little red flashing light is not doing the job either. I am disappointed.

I bought this phone for my mother who has a vision problem. It was okay for that, but the phone quit working after only 4 1/2 months. Too long ago for Best Buy to return it and I am unable to contact the manufacturer to use their warranty. Sending it to be recycled.
