Malfunctioned after a month.

Was great for about a month.
Loved using it, BUT, about a month after getting it, one day I plugged it in and the butt(lowest massagers) would run without the remote being powered on!
After messing with it, I got it to not run constantly but the butt massagers don’t work.
Good news is the company was going to replace it. Until I received an email from them saying their products were water damaged and they didn’t know when they were going to get more so… they did refund my money. The bad thing was I used $20 in Best Buy rewards certificates and I guess ended up losing those.
Would not recommend.
