I had mine delivered. The packaging was pretty protective. It was easy to setup. I had it printing within minutes of a final check. It does need some minor tweeking to perfect some prints, but I am far from disappointed in what I have been able to accomplish after flipping the power switch. It prints well for what it is. The display is easy to navigate with a simple touch of the icons. The app is quite handy in its simple functionality. I had read that there was excessive noise caused by the belts and motors basically being exposed due to the design, but it was no louder than the standard inkjet printer. The build are is huge at 300x300x330. This is definitely not a printer for someone that expects perfection out of the box, there is a learning curve, but anyone can learn with the amount of information currently published digitally.

This is a great product to set you off in 3D printing, super easy to use and to assemble. Huge printing area/volume for the price! cool wifi features too!

I really like the printer. I bounced around a couple before settling on this one. It matched up to all my research, which made it perfect for me as I got what I expected. Doesn't mean everything has been flawless but everything has been able to be solved from a quick search or just using some common sense. I feel confident in seeing Creality with their official Youtube channel that they really stand behind what they make. They also support the community around the printer. While they haven't directly made a multi-filament system they supported Co-Print on their multi color support. Its really nice compared to a different popular brand sold here.

Overall solid printer for the money and especially the print bed size. Unfortunately had the nozzle clog on the third print I did within two days of having it, took several attempts of extruding and trying to hardpull the filament backup from the tip. Eventually resolved it and has been a workhorse ever since for some halloween costume props.

This is my first 3d printer. Set up was difficult for me, I needed help from my spouse. Once I figured out the steps to do a print, it was pretty easy. 4 stars because I don’t like where the filament is on the machine

For Price and size its very good. Ran prints consistently and it worked relatively well. I ran a 50 hour project well. But it print failed on a lot of different things. Still not bad could be better. For size very good though.

All I can say is this printer is fast. I had a CR 10 V3 and compared to the ender three this thing is by far the fastest. Took me less than a half an hour to set it up and started printing right out of the box. Beautiful printer have no complaints. I would recommend this 3-D printer to anybody that wants to get into 3-D printing. It’s a great printer.

Printing with this for months. Very few issues and i caused some of the issues

this store is simply the best had a defective product without any hesitation change it to a upgrade for thei inconvenience

So I got the printer yesterday and I've been trying to solve a problem, that I know now a lot of other people are having. When traveling the x-axis, it makes a very loud "grinding" noise. I haven't been able to find what's causing it yet. Although it prints very well... so far. I'm thinking about returning it and getting another, but am skeptical about having the issue again especially when there isn't a solution for it yet. More people are talking about this issue recently. It's extremely annoying. I wouldn't recommend in it's current state.
