First one came with a somewhat faulty speaker and Best Buy expedited me a new one and I had it two days later! Super easy set-up, really good volume and bass, looks beautiful in the living room. Great customer service.

It was sleek, easy to set up and sounded great. The speakers got pretty loud and the bluetooth was an easy transition! An absolutely wonderful product!!

I purchased this solely for it's meager 5 start ratings. I opened the box 3 days after receiving n set it up (very easy) n played 2 tracks from a vinyl album, then turned it off n went to sleep. Following morning (afternoon) with the same album still on the turntable I played same first song...didn't even get to the 2nd track when the turntable stopped. I moved the arm n it turned two inches then stopped again. Very disappointed, first with the quality...very dinky n very lightweight as if it was hollow inside. But, I thought to give it a chance n listen by bluetooth,...but never got the chance. Stopped working only 12 hours out of box. I gently took it out of box n set it up carefully, but no matter. Now I'm having to return it, but they sent no return label n it was delivered n it's stereo box...no second box from Best Buy. Maybe it was roughed up during delivery. Poor packaging POOR PRODUCT.

This is a fantastic turntable/speaker combo. Compared to others with built in speakers the audio in this is FAR better. The visual quality is great too, looks just like a the pictures with no issues.

I have a victrola that more or less the same style and i wanted this one at first cause it’s aesthetically cutier, however, i compared both and i like how the victrola sounded more. Ended up returning the item

So happy with this stereo, the sound quality is outstanding. Love the look of it as well, adds character to the room.

I’ve had this turntable about a month now, and I can’t say I have any complaints. For a low-end, beginner turntable, it’s not bad, and the included speakers are fairly balanced. Nothing to ride hone about, but they don’t overload with bass, and they aren’t tinny in the high end. They are also capable of being very loud. I tested them from the other side of my house and still got most of the range! The construction is okay...a little light and cheap but overall, aesthetically pleasing and level out of the box. Crosley is notorious amongst the vinyl community, and this one is a positive product in their favor! Although the tone arm is cheap and light, the cartridge is Audio Technica, so that may be where a lot of the quality lies. Overall, a good beginner product. It’s been a fairly consistent listen. I bought it on a whim, the same as my vinyls, and I’m not disappointed. It is just temporary, as I will be looking for an automatic table with good weight in the future, alongside other hifi tech. 4/5 stars P.S: pray you get good shipping! From what I’ve read from others, this is a fragile table and the shipping is paramount to its success. My table arrived safely and I had no issues, but that’s not a guarantee. Make sure to register yours with the warranty out of the box!
