Purchased 3 of these for my PS4's. 2 regular PS4's and a Pro. Noticeable increase in loading performance and easy to install. Not much more to say, Crucial is a trusted brand and they do make their own Micron chips... A+ in my book.

Put this is 2 separate PS4s this month, went with SSD to give it a bit of an upgrade. Easy install, works great and the price is right. Buy it!

incredible improvement from my 5400 rpm HDD. System boot 5-6 times faster. Edge and other programs opening 2-4 times faster. awesome upgrade for a nine year old desktop computer. Curcial migration software was simple to use.

Reliable, cheap, and great for storing games or an OS installation. This is in my brother's PC and hasn't had any issues whatsoever. Most people won't notice the speed differences between this and an NVMe drive.

This drive was very easy to install. However upon installation it showed up in BIOS but would not show up in Windows File Explorer. We reinstalled and still could not find it in Windows File Explorer or in Disk Management. Luckily I was able to find one comment online after weeks of searching that for some reason this drive was put into a storage pool in Windows 11. Once it was deleted from there it showed up everywhere. A little frustration but a lot of value!

Easy replacement hard drive. Easy clone software. Some replacement drives do not have free cloning software.

I bought two of these, one for my 10 year old HP Pavilion desktop and another one for a Pavillion laptop, which is relatively new. Both loaded Windows way too long, maybe 10-15 minutes. To replace the HDD in the laptop was super straightforward, I closed the lid and now enjoy the fastest laptop I ever owned! For a desktop I had to buy an adapter (sheet metal), as the old HDD was 3”. Nevertheless, replacement was a breath. My desktop is now one of the fastest machines I tried… This SSD does work! It turned the two machines I planned to dumped into power machines that load Windows in about 1 minute! Works for me, can recommend.

After almost 2 months, this SSD has been very solid for my needs, and not too difficult to setup it’s storage executive software, for 85 dollars, it’s an amazingly good deal. Highly recommend it!

I used my USB 3.0 Sabrent docking station to clone from installed hard drive to the new Crucial using the Acronis for Crucial clone software. When the drives are identical in size, straight forward. My new drive is 1 TB, old 500GB. I chose auto and it went very quick, less than 30 minutes, but had to go back into Windows disk management on PC to stretch the new partition from 500 to 1000 GB . Would be better to do this with Acronis up front. I thought Auto would have done this, and the free Acronis is not a partition manager, but windows tools worked well to adjust this. Otherwise all went well.Helps to have USB 3.0 to greatly speed up transfer.

I didn't buy this for myself - but my friend had no issue installing the drive nor installing windows and what-not. Should be good enough for what he does with a computer, especially with the platform he is on. There is a small chance this drive survives longer than the motherboard at this point, it's a relic that's not been ran easily through it's life!

Works great for storing things that you don’t need on your main ssd, no problems.

This is one of the best upgrades I have purchased for my PC. Installation was super easy and the drive is super fast. If you need a 1tb SSD, you should really get this. The price to performance ratio is just right.

I love this brand and their products! Granted we could purchase another brand with their own controllers and such, but this is plenty fast enough for anything I need and built well while also supporting US jobs. Thanks!
