Good fast drive…for what I purchased it for the PS3, didn’t take advantage of the drive “my fault” not the fault of the drive. I think this would be a good option for most people at a great price.

Solidly built, quick read, easy install, excellent transfer speeds.

Replaced the original hard drive on my 2014 Dell Inspiron desktop. Very easy with the Insignia adaptor to go with the Crucial SSD. Only a couple months but happy with performance. Quiet and fast.

Seems pretty solid so far. Bought this to replace a Seagate HD that was starting to make some strange sounds--wanted to pull the data off before it died. The reads are above 500 MB/s and writes are pretty solid, too. For a SATA SSD, it feels pretty snappy. I've seen some reviews that claim this drive is pretty power hungry. I've got it in a desktop, so that's not a huge deal for me.

The way this affected my laptop lerformance was all for the better. It would literally take me 10 minutes from complete shut down to loging in, loading up and opening a web browser(i timed it on my stopwatch) down to 43 seconds. Amazing !

The SSD revived my PC. I have an All-In-One PC from 2018/19 that was lagging. I replaced the hard drive with this SSD and my PC is better than new. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Can’t wait to see how long this SSD lasts!

This part was easy to install and worked well. It went in my Xbox one x. Restored my system when the hard drive died. I wouldn’t say it’s much faster than the hd but it worked well and still working a month later.

Used this to clone my 500gb laptop harddrive to this Crucial 1Tb drive. Fit easy in an enclosure to transfer my data. Formatted just fine, and eaily able to swap it into my laptop.

I took in my laptop to the Geek Squad (I am a Best Buy Total Tech ("Squad") member) because it was slow to operate and would periodically shut down for no reason. After having this checked out, the Squad rep advised me the operating system was sound, but that I needed a new hard drive. The recommendation was to purchase a "solid state" drive, which I did. The cost to me, given my Squad membership was quite reasonable, because the cost to scope out the problem and install the new drive were covered, my sole out of pocket being the hard drive.. The laptop works better than ever, and, once again, I compliment the Squad for its efficiency in solving my problem and turning around my laptop-- less than 48 hours start to finish. My membership is a real value, and this particular solution for me was stellar.

It was a plug and play item. Fit perfectly and it’s fast.
