It has been a great pleasure to start enjoying the new Crucial - MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal Solid State Drive . The installation was very easy even though I decided to do a clean installation of win 10. So far everything has been perfect and I can recommend it without any doubt. I replaced a hard drive in a second generation core i7 system with an older Intel motherboard and did a reinstallation of windows with the recovery partition. This SSD is incredibly faster than the old hard drive. The complete bootup including startup programs including synchronizing OneDrive and MicroFocus Filr only takes about a minute.

I bought it mostly for game storage as my other drives have been filling up fast. Drive has great write and read speed for the price. It seems like my transfers from external drives are a bit faster than my Sandisk SSD. That drive is great but this one is just a hair faster. It also has a great warranty. Fast 1 TB SSD. What else do you need?

The ssd works great! I installed it on my 2012 MacBook 13 inch and my computers boots up so my quicker and get my task done asap.

Make sure your laptop is compatible, this is a large ssd card. My MSI sword was able to take this. Gives a ton more storage. Would recommend.

Awesome product, uses for a computer build during lockdown. Some friends all did builds and recommend this so picked up on best buy side. Ran smooth with ram and mother board I got . No complaints at all will definitely use again.

This is a decent SSD for your business laptop if you are on a budget. Quick read and write speed and boot times are almost non-existent. I brought my 9 year old laptop back from the dead with this thing

As stated in the title, this SSD is great speeds wise. The only issue is that this ssd is known to run through its read and write cycles much faster compared to other SSDs, which basically means it can potentially die faster. Basically I would likely use this as a game drive but not the main boot drive because of the above issue.

The Crucial MX500 1TB is a fast alternative to NVME drives. I have a system where I have to use a SATA drive for being able to switch between a drives in my system and this one works flawlessly. I have it as a main Windows boot drive and loading is very fast. Have no complaints!

Awesome upgrade for my old Xbox one. Its truly multiple times faster than my previous HDD and is noticeable with super fast load speeds for my games.

Bought this SSD as a storage drive for data in my Win10 desktop. Price was right and had a $5 reward coupon to use so why not? Formatted it thru Windows, and all is well! Would recommend to anyone wanting a reliable decently priced SSD for laptops or desktops.
