Crucial probably isn't as fast or reliable as Samsung, but I have been using the mx500 drives for awhile now and they do not disappoint. I even have them in a R720 server.

Good price but slower than WD.

I bought this one for the price, I have two computers with the same cpu and memory. I can swap the drives out and the slow computer is always the one with the MX500 in it. It could be a one off, but i have no problems other than the computer with the WD 1 TB SSD (blue) is up asking for a log in while the Cricual is still loading the OS.

New SATA HD is great!

Plug & Play After Minor System Configuration

It did take going into the system configuration a little bit to allow the drive to read/write and appear as a valid drive, but I believe that was a windows issue and no fault of the drive.

Great SSD for cloning a bare drive hd

I noticed that it too longer to load than usual so had to upgrade. The software that was used to clone the drive made it easier. Now everything loads a lot faster and don't have to worry about fragmented data.
