I use this machine as a streaming and emulation box, replaced the 500 gig 55400 rpm hard drive. The difference in speed is astounding, would highly recommend.

Crucial probably isn't as fast or reliable as Samsung, but I have been using the mx500 drives for awhile now and they do not disappoint. I even have them in a R720 server.

Good price but slower than WD.

I bought this one for the price, I have two computers with the same cpu and memory. I can swap the drives out and the slow computer is always the one with the MX500 in it. It could be a one off, but i have no problems other than the computer with the WD 1 TB SSD (blue) is up asking for a log in while the Cricual is still loading the OS.
