I needed a bigger HD for my laptop. I was running a 256gig and couldnt install Call of Duty. I was running it off of a portable HDD. This caused major lag. This harddrive made my computer feel so much more powerful. The fact that I can launch and load games so fast is a major game changer.

Works great, no issues, I use the computer every day, this SSD is very fast. The game No-Man-Sky use to take about two minutes to load from a spinning drive now the game is ready to play in about 30 seconds.

I've got two of these, two terabyte size, configured in a RAID1 in my U-Green NAS. Seem to be working very fine and plenty plenty fast for home computing. Question is will it last. I like that they are very sleek and can fit where my Samsung 990 pro with the heat sink will not fit.

super easy to install if you have spare computer screws laying around. it would be nice if it came with the screw and spacer to hold in place. It would be worth a couple extra bucks for that convenience. Works great overall. It been a while since adding a drive so had to look up a refresher on how to allocate the drive.

I needed an upgrade, when i went onto the store the staff were very helpful and provided me with a strong and durable. My computer was able to work as fast as it use to be Definitely recommend.

When you hear someone say that timing in life makes a difference is not lying! I purchased this just about 3 weeks sgo for under $200 and now because of ever increasing ram and dram prices the item is now double what I paid! Ok that aside my review of this 2TB gem is definitely positive. My rig is capable of handling 2 M.2 Nvme ssds so Instead of using it as a extra storage drive I Instead use it as my bootup drive and believe me when I say it's the best upgrade I've made thus far!

The install went well. My PC boots much faster now and I have plenty of storage for pictures, videos, and games. When I picked it up in-store, the staff was very knowledgeable and gave great advice about transferring data between my old SATA HD and this one.

I bought several of these to create a flash-NAS and they’ve worked great. I installed an aluminum heat sink with a thermal pad and have noticed great performance and stable temperatures.

This has been a brilliant drive for my home work station. Fast transfer rates, zero problems.

So far so good! I had a Samsung before that was disconnecting randomly. But feel safer using this Crucial ssd.
