    The device functions as described, but design flaws exist and functionality needs improvement. The device allows you to rotate your tablet, but the location of the lock insert prevents you from rotating your tablet at all if using both lock holes and only allows rotation to minimal degree with one. The tablet is also, while tightly held by the clamps, extremely loose along the rotation and up and down swivel-- meaning it does a poor job staying in place. Overall, it does what it is intended to do--just not as well as it could.
