Broken scissors in one year. Cuisinart replaces.

I have had this set for one year. The scissors broke today. I called Cuisinart and was told that there was a lifetime warranty. However, a white scissors was not available to send separately. The representative told me that I could send an email with a photo of my set and broken scissors to corporate and see what they can do. Cuisinart's representative was very helpful and it was great knowing that there was a lifetime warranty on the set. I hope for a positive outcome.

All of them rushed from minor use or no use sitting in the holder. It’s horrible. The quality used to be so much better with this brand. Highly disappointed
