    I love this ice cream maker! Surprisingly makes really good ice cream, sorbet, and gelato, just as you would buy from a grocery store, but you get to enjoy the pride of making it yourself. You must follow the recipe book to the letter when it comes to the process of preparing the bowl in the freezer for 24 hours before mixing your ingredients. Select proper setting for ice cream, gelato or sorbet, and the appliance do its thing. This newer model has the stronger motor.

    Excellent quality, works as advertised. This model has a couple of upgraded features from the basic ICE-30 model. It had two speeds (not 3) and a upgraded electronics. Having said that, it's still the same basic (excellent) principal as Cuisinart has been using for years. I found it on sale ($118) so decided to go with this vs. the ICE-30. Both make excellent ice cream.

    This is fantastic! I have my self on a meal plan with no sugar and no junk additives, but I love ice cream. Bought this to make my own and it is fantastic. Easy to use and the ice cream (I used the stevia ice cream recipe provided and added chocolate powder and it is terrific. Made enough to fill 5 small containers and put in my freezer so I have enough for over a week. Good ingredients means I can even share it (not the chocolate) with my dog. Recommend highly. It is a little messy on clean up, but it is worth it.

    Very nice design. Easy to use, lots of recipes in the enclosed book and lots more online. Nothing beats fresh ice cream. May end up buying another bowl for the machine. Only negative if there is one in the time it takes for the bowl to get cold. At least 24 hours. Having a second bowl in the freezer allows you to make more batches if you want to make different flovors or types.

    The easiest ice cream maker you will ever own. My wife and I have made a lot of different flavored ice cream, from the chocolate to walnut maple with real maple syrup. The ice cream is a lot healthier than store bought because you control your ingredients.

    Omg, what a phenomenal ice cream maker! Ice cream made in this is soft serve, just perfect for our taste rather than harder ice cream. Our favorite Ice Cream made in here is Strawberry that tastes a hundred times better than store bought. I coarsely chop fresh or frozen berries and I use a bit more than the recipe says. The selling point for me is that it makes 2 quarts where most of the others make only 1-1/2 quarts. The mixes are easy and quick to prepare, refrigerate the mix for 2 hours so it’s very cold, then make your homemade ice cream year round or gelato or ice milk.

    Very pleased with the product so far. Makes outstanding ice cream. Would be helpful if freezing bowl had a maximum fill mark on it, as some of the Cruisinart recipes overflow the bowl during the churning process.

    The ice cream machine is easy to use, but the ice cream has the consistency of coolwhip. It nevers hardens completely. So if you are expecting it to fully harden in the freezer, it doesn't.
