This product has performed very well with a variety of uses. We have made everything from grilled chicken to pancakes, thanks to the reversible grill plates. It is a cinch to use and to clean. It replaced several other grill products we had in the kitchen.

Does a great job cooking everything. Really good for wraps and paninis. They have a less expensive model that doesn't have the sear feature this one has. Not sure it that feature is really worth the extra money though.

It works well - cooks evenly top and bottom. It's really big though. Takes up a lot of space and is a little heavy. But easy to clean and heats quickly.

Does everything I expected it to do. Grill gets hot fast ,on the flat grill eggs are easy to do and chicken cutlets are delicious.Very satisfied ,easy to clean, works great best grill yet!!!

Overall good product. Foreman grill is still my go to for bacon and sausage. For a family of 4, not enough room for pancakes, but for paninis, it works great. Also makes a mean grilled cheese sandwich for all of us at once!

So far my wife and I have enjoyed the griddler. Pre-heats quickly and cooks everything evenly.

I think my problem is that maybe I need more practice and experimenting on this product. I spent the extra money buying expensive New York strip steaks that are well-known to be tender. I followed the instructions to the letter after marinating the steaks over night. They turned out very tough and dry. Definitely did not get the same results that I always get from an outdoor charcoal grill. The unit was easy to use and easy to clean...

This thing rocks! I had a smaller one before, and this one beats it. Most important feature is - ability to raise the top so one can heat up pizza slice for instance, or make an open face grilled cheese sandwich in it. Temperature control is perfect, as is the fact that both top and bottom have a separate control. All in all - perfect!

I find myself using this instead of the stove to grill on when I don't want to go outside to the BBQ. It cooks fast and evenly and puts a decent sear on things. Make sure you let it heat up first. Cleanup is easy, though I suspect over time I'll scratch the non-stick coating some. Not to worry as the plates can be replaced.

This is my second cuisinart griddle, I previously had the smaller one. This one is better all around. Feels more solid like it will last longer. The top does open fairly high and wide so if space is an issue you might want to consider that the size can be a problem for smaller counters.

This is a well made, and good looking appliance. It is easy to use, works great, and very easy to clean because of the removable plates.

Very solid unit,top & bottom plates lock in & out for easy cleaning,plates heat quickly,enough room for 3 patties. The fats are collected into a reservoir at back of grill. Family use it almost every day. Very healthy alternative to frying. Looks nice on counter top.

Easy to use and easy to clean. Having the option of grilling, searing, or pressing is great and then flip the plates over and you can easily fry eggs or cook pancakes.

We should have gotten this years ago! It works great for pancakes, eggs, toasting bread for sandwiches, grilling hamburgers, chicken & pork. Quick and easy clean up!

Previously had a George Foreman but the Cuisinart is much better. Griddle/grill plates easy to remove and clean, and temperature controls are a nice bonus.

Ready nice and powerful grill and cooked and grill everything in less time cousuming compare to and ordinary gas stove food grill very juicy and great taste

Excellent grill for those in condos that cannot grill outside. I've done thick New York strip steaks that were to do for FAST. This thing does it all

This is way better than the Foreman. Cleaning alone is worth the purchase. Removable plates make it a breeze. Nice grill!

This griddle controls temperature very well. It is very easy to use. It works great for panninie press. As a griddle it controls temp and has a good non stick surface. Great for french toast. The removable griddles make it very easy to clean. It says that they are dishwasher safe, however they are so easy to clean that we wash them by hand as to scratch the surface.

It's fantastic, I can control the temperature of individiaul way and is very easy to clean.
