Excellent service and packaging, wonderful toaster, very pleased

This toaster heats fast and evenly; slots are wide enough for bagels. We like the extra pop-up feature that brings the toast up higher for taking out of the toaster.

This toaster seems designed to make it absolutely impossible to burn the blessed toast . . . so, to get just a nice browning, you have to crank it all the way up! It seems quite lightly built, as well (at least, compared to the 10-year old Dualit that we were replacing). In short-- so far it's OK. Time will tell if it's better than that.

What I love about this toaster is its simplicity & the slots are adjustable which means that a wide variety of items (bread vs bagel) can be toasted evenly. One nuance - the items do not pop up above the slots you have to use the slide to move your items above the slots so you can take them out

I’m very pleased with this little toaster. It’s compact and it looks good on my counter. But more importantly, it does exactly what it supposed to do, that is toast bread and bagels evenly and fairly quickly. I’ve already used it a half a dozen times and it’s a winner.

Only used it for toasts / not for bagels. Each hole can hold two toast for a total of 4 toasts in one go. Clearly if you place 4 toasts only the parts facing the heating grills get cooked.

My last one broke and I needed a new one. This one looked good and the price was right. After using it almost daily, I note it is easy to clean, and easy to stop short in the cycle by just pressing one of the buttons.

I have been very happy with the toaster thus far. It heats toast quickly and much more evenly than the toaster it replaced. The only outstanding question is it's longevity since I've only owned it for a month or so.

This toaster is great. It offers many options for toasting. It does not burn the toast and if you forget to remove the toast and come back later to remove the toast you can rewarm it. That way the butter will still melt and your toast is just right, not dry and cold!

It is good for the money. I got it for 20% off on sale.

Absolutely love this toaster. Makes the perfect toast every time. The reheat functionality is good to use on frozen bread. The mouth is wide enough for bagels or thick slices of bread. The toaster also has nice form, and feels premium. Would definitely recommend.

This toaster is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I mean it toasts so tastefully toasty that the toast wants to toss itself onto your tonsils after touching your tongue. Today I totally tried to translate the taste that this thing transmits. Touché and Tata!

It gets the job done. Like the design and sleek look. Only thing, you have to really push down on the lever for the toaster to start. I honestly thought it was broken the first time I tried to toast bread.

This is the 2nd time we've purchased this exact model as the previous one was damaged while moving. It's hard to re-invent the toaster, so it's a pretty simple appliance overall. Does what it's supposed to do at a reasonable price & overall attractive design.

My old toaster was about 30 yrs old. I updated my kitchen and wanted a toaster that went with the decor. The negative side is that it shows fingerprints. Otherwise it makes great toast to my liking.
