We purchased this unit as our third Keurig; our first one is still running after several years, but we wanted the flexibility for both larger and smaller brew sizes. The brewer works great, is much much quieter than our original brewer, and is notably faster. We are also enjoying the larger reservoir and built-in water filter, although we always pre-filter water before filling.

Went into Best Buy to get Daughter a last minute Christmas gift. Started checking out Keurig Coffee Machines. Opened, closed all display models, picked them up, shook them, you know hands on comparison shopping. The Cuisinart SS-700 was by far the heaviest, most solidly built unit. Very different from the all plastic versions of the other 4 display models. It comes with a manufactures 3 year warranty vs. 1 year on the others. A charcoal filter for the fresh water reservoir, which has the largest capacity of all non commercial units. The Cuisinart comes with it's own "My-K Cup" for brewing your own favorite coffee, "saving some money". Makes Tea and Hot Cocoa, great for the kids. The blue back lite also lights up the water reservoir, kind of cool to look at. Program the on time, off time, and it's ready when you need it. But It does take up a lot of counter space, and won't beep to let you know it's done. We just pop in our favorite K-Cup press a button and get our coffee in 1 minute that's all it takes. Walked out of the store with one for Mom too, good thing Best Buy had a 20% off sale. The Cuisinart SS-700 has brewed many cups of great tasting coffee so far with out a hiccup, we plan on enjoying it for a long time.

I have both a Keurig machine (for work) and this one for home. Overall its the best choice because of how quiet it is, the larger water tank and the multiple cup sizes. The only draw back is it is harder to fit the travel mugs into it.

Fantastic coffee system for K-cups. Has many brewing options, is easy to clean, has among the largest water reservoir's. I'm now officially hooked of coffee.

I bought this item as a gift for my mother for Christmas. She was disappointed in the color, and Whyle she'd rather have a complete silver finish she has grown content with the machine she was gifted. Since the holidays there been a few minor issues but nothing that I could not fix myself. All Things Considered the machine does its job. Personally, I enjoy the hot water feature.

We purchased this as a replacement to our Keurig. We were looking for a coffee-maker that did not clog and eventually shut down. The Cuisinart has filters that prevent clogging. That seems to do the trick. I like that I get to choose the size of thee cup I want poured (5 sizes to choose from). I use the hot water dispenser when I want to make tea using a tea bag. All said, a good product that I would purchase again.

This is a great machine. I often enjoy oatmeal in the morning, and instead of waiting for water to boil on the stove, or using the microwave, I just simply use the 'hot water' option. Also the 'my k-cup' that is included is a great option for those special coffees that are not available in the k-cups.

BEST BEST coffee maker EVER! I love this machine, it holds a lot of water, filters it too. The first time you turn it on it takes 3-4 minutes to warm up but after that you can make cup after cup of delicious consistent kcup coffee with plenty of flavor and no grinds. Program it to start when you wake up and you can bypass the wait but somehow I couldn't get my turn on to work automatically yet. (At the steep price tag of $200 it should probably deliver it to your bed! but all in all a great buy!)

I bought this when it was on sale because I had been using the same one at work. It stands up to heavy use and with the larger water resevoir doesn't need to be filled as often. There are 5 different serving size choices so no problem filling the larger mugs.All in all I love this machine.

We decided to purchase the Cuisinart for Keurig after our third Keurig brewer "bit the dust." The second was a replacement by the manufacturer since the first died within the warranty period. That one lasted a little over a year. So we purchased another. Although I frequently descaled the brewer, it soon joined its predecessors. The pump quit. And, of course, it was no longer under warranty. We love the convenience of the single serve brewer, but the Keurig units just don't seem to hold up. Although it costs a bit more, we definitely are very happy with the Cuisinart unit. Key points: it seems more durable and the manufacturer will stand behind it for 3 years, not the one year Keurig warranty. We've only had it a short time, but are extremely pleased with this purchase. Works great and, a bonus, looks good on our kitchen counter.

We replaced a unit by another mfr with the Cuisinart, and my coffee drinking skies opened up! No more constant refilling, about 30-45 secs to brew rather than 3 min because the heated tank is always ready. Multiple brew features/sizes. Seemingly, a good, strong unit instead of cheap black plastic like the other(B/D). Lastly, it looks great on the counter; stainless color outer shell w/Blue lighted storage tank is very cool.

Awesome single cup coffee maker. Less than one minute and its done!! Huge water resivor which helps the need to constantly fill the unit. It also includes a coffe cup adapter, which enables you to brew ground coffee in case you run out of the cups!!!

Holds a lot of water and the water is hot! My last one( another brand) the water was never hot enough! I also like the just hot water feature for tea! I also just like the look of it.

love it, I've been through 2 keurig machines in 5 years so I decided to try something differant, with more size selections and rinse cycle bigger water tank it works great for me though I've only had it 2 months and no problems at all.

Fast start. Reliable brew. Very sturdy. Good capacity.

Our first kcup brewer. I like that itcame with the my kcup. Seemed expensive until we factored that in. The my kcup works great for loose tea which allowes me to use coffees and teas not available in kcups.

Awesome coffee machine. The different size cups options makes it ideal. I love the reusable cup for speciality coffees you can't get in K-Cups.

We have had this model coffeemaker for 3 years. This is THE best coffeemaker I have ever owned. We use it at my business and during our busy season, we probably make about 10-15 cups of coffee a day. It withstands a heavy workload and has never broken down on us. We decided to run a contest in our office and this is the prize. I would definitely buy another one if ours ever breaks down.
