Purchased this toaster based on reading other reviews. We were not disappointed. Toasts the bread evenly every time.

Toaster works great. Push the button and down it goes. Does a great job toasting bread, bagels, muffins.

Great toaster! Having to push the lever all the way down on those cheap toasters was just too much... now I can just push a button and all that work is done for me! But seriously, this is a great toaster and quality has been excellent.

I loved the idea of an electronic, automatic toaster and the look of the unit is beautiful on our counter. Unfortunately, there are two major issues with this product. The first is that sourdough bread only toasts about halfway through Andre mostly on one side, even on the highest setting. You have to flip it over and then toast it for another full cycle on the highest setting before you get decent darkness. The second problem is much bigger. When the toast is coming up in the first slot, because the slots are so wide, the toast can lean to one side and then get stuck on the lip of the toaster. Unfortunately, this causes damage to the eject mechanism and it no longer completely brings the toast up fully. This is simply poor design. I’ve bent the lip in with a pair of pliers so the toast doesn’t get stuck but for a $90 toaster, this is unacceptable. Next time, we’ll go back to a simple, mechanical toaster for a lot less money.

only criticism would be the opening could be a bit larger to accommodate larger bread . otherwise very nice

The motorized slots to feed the bread slices as well as to get the toast out is pretty cool. - 1 star as I personally feel the highest setting does not toast the bread to the extent you would expect - maybe need to break in? Will edit to 5 stars if that is the case in the future.
