    Might want to buy your own Mouse!! My wife was happy to get this as a gift, after I put it all together, we learned that the mouse was broken. It seems to be made of very cheap materials and the center button does not work. The computer seems to be more than enough to play her favorite game, WOW, once we added a new mouse to mix. If you are just starting out or in our case, switching from laptop, this gaming rig will work.

    Unfortunately when the pc came in, geeksquad diagnosed it as a bad graphics card. Geeksquad was very helpful and returned it for me. Bad part on cyber powers end believe they should do testing before they ship. Based on the parts list that it comes with its a good deal.

    WORSE COMPUTER, EVER, BAD I MEAN BAD SUPPORT,(if any) ,before I purchase it I read the reviews but I decided to take a chance trusting BESTBUY, and to my surprise after of only 1 week of use, computer started to freeze, show blue screen, keep restarting by itself without getting in to windows, show lines in the BRAND NEW MONITOR, sometimes doesn't show any picture/image, video card is definitely defective, I'm a certified technician with years of experience, I reinstalled windows using the recovery included(the 2 different options) erasing everything, updated drivers, erased drivers and installed the ones that came with the computer, checked BIOS, update the bios, I tried everything and the Computer just doesn't work, when I got it from BESTBUY I stated that it will be a gift for someone in a different country, where BESTBUY have stores, so if any problem they could return it, they told me yes that was possible...nope,and the return label didn't work since it's in a different country, best buy costumer service told me to kick rocks and look for help with the manufacturer, I purchase A LOT from best buy, I never had any problem but with a NONWORKING PC I purchased for almost $800.00 I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED, so disappointed that I'm taking my time to write this and HELP PEOPLE TO AVOID , REPIT AVOID GETTING THIS COMPUTER, meanwhile I'll be making some calls to see if I can get any help, manufacturer has also very poor costumer service, the moment I told them that fix computers is what I do for living and answering yes I've already tried that to any suggestions that they gave me to get it fixed, they just didn't help, I'm very open to talk with BESTBUY so I will call again to see if SOMEONE CAN HELP ME TO GET IT REPLACED, again this was a gift for someone that didn't have a computer and now they have a 800 NON WORKING PC...AVOID AVOID AVOID,

    So the storage is something you dont see too often. Most companies jack up their prices for memory alone. you should be able to store ample amounts of games on this. RAM SIZE, somewhat of a joke but at the same time with high quality graphics and demanding games (warzone, apex, and fortnite just for reference) you're gonna have to reel back the in game setting to let your pc hold stable. ADDING RAM IS A MUST otherwise you'll dip in framerate and this pc will have trouble handling it. (warzone especially) im using a 75hz monitor with 1080p and it really pops with graphics but the performance really brings it down. fans do their job keeping pc cool. dont live in a sauna and you should be fine. easy set up with simple directions on how to put it together and boot it up. please read the directions in the box, i see a lot of negative reviews bringing this down when its a simple read the instructions problem. this is a great start to upgrade with. dont manually overclock your pc to max setting on all. you'll crash pc. upgrade before you do this. you have been warned. (pc still works in case you don't heed my warning. i do however auto overclock and it holds steady. this might seem like a back handed compliment but this is a good build to start with for what bestbuy, amazon, and walmart have to offer. i'd would recommend this to anyone looking to get in to pc gaming.

    I was very excites to open us this pc because it was my very first pc but it was all good until i turned it on, all my cables were plugged in correctly, all the lights were on so i knew it had power but it showed no image, i double checked then triple checked that my monitor was on the right on and it was but the pc just was not showing any start up screen or anything, the monitor kept telling me to check the input and i did, i made sure i didn't plug it in to the mother board and it wasn't so i had no idea what to do so i sat there watching youtube videos on methods to try to solve the problem and no luck, this was my first experience buying Cyberpower and it wasn't a great one, i would be happy if i can get this problem fixed or maybe have a refund . It is very unlikely i will purchase from Cyberpower again sometime in the future.

    Every time I go on app it just brings aw snap page This been happened by for 3 days and only had it for a month it’s not useful cyberpower please tell me how to fix this it’s getting really annoying it happens every minute also the screen just becomes like gray please tell me how to fix this I payed a lot and expected something good.

    Can’t run anything

    I’m kind of disappointed with this as the first moment i pulled it out of the box I’m already trying to troubleshoot issues. I downloaded simple games (Minecraft, The Sims, LoL) and it can’t run any of them. The screen freezes, gets colored dots, and crashes. Sometimes just the game and sometimes the whole computer. I’ve attempted updating the graphics driver as well as updating Windows in general but I’m still left with something unusable for anything other than web browsing. I’ve contacted CyberPower but I’m annoyed that it’s already an issue and something I have to do when the machine has been out of the box less than 24 hours. Unless this is complete and utter human error and I can’t handle plugging something in.

    Regretting the Buy

    Trouble from startup. Video card fans were rubbing on cable zipties. The kid has only been able to play a couple days on ArK and gets blue screen stating needs automatic repair. and Vertical stripes on screen. Troubleshooting eliminated monitor. Looks like the video card took a dump. Will return. Too bad the case is kind of cool, but don't need a 1000 dollar dead weight.

    Almost Ruined Christmas

    I’m very disappointed in CyberPower PC! This company is letting little tech company’s show them up with their builds! I purchased this computer for my daughter as an early Christmas present. The computer has had nothing but constant different BSOD errors, since purchasing 3 days ago. All drivers have been updated, and she is still no change. It’s very upsetting to see the loss of happiness in her eyes fade, since she has to return this pc due to a very poor build! I would never recommend a CyberPower Pc to anyone. I will definitely be ordering a new pc from somewhere else.

    Had problems on day ONE

    Ordered two days ago. Came yesterday. Box was messed up with ripped holes. Computer seemed fine. Had issues with being slow. Called Cyberpower tech support & was told to reinstall Windows after other steps didn't work. The slowness was fixed but other errors started along with it blinking on & off like power fluctuations. Because this was my second Cyberpower pc I've purchased(first was a couple years ago) & both died on the evening delivered. I wasn't taking chances so returned it. And their tech support act like they don't care.
