I wanted to get a new PC w/o having to wait. After seeing good reviews, I purchased and picked up same-day. I bought it in December 2021. Within the four months I had it, it was running beautifully and I was so happy…UNTIL my PC wasn’t displaying picture onto my monitor. I took it in to get it looked at and something about the first slot the GPU was in went dead. They moved it down and said eventually the motherboard will crap out — it did about 2-3 weeks after they moved the GPU down. I’ve been told by friends and some Best Buy employees that it would be better to buy a more base line model then just replace the parts as needed. In CyberPowerPC’s case, they obviously spend the money on CPU and GPU but then cheap out on things like the motherboard, etc. But in the long run, a lot of these prebuilts aren’t gonna have the best parts unless you’re spending a gross and unreasonable amount of money (which I almost did). My solution to stressing over all these different pcs with pros AND cons, I’m just buying the CYBERPOWERPC with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070Ti (which I was recommended).

I decided to get my 1st gaming PC after some thoughts. I was originally thinking of just building my own, but after speaking with the sales team member at best buy, He shared his experience in the cost differences right now due to the market and this being a great option to get started without spending additional $$ now and it can be expanded later if needed. So far it has been an easy setup for my new desk area and I'm enjoying the functionality. Fast bootup speed and performance so far without any lags. Plus, it looks great!

Best PC ever, highly recommend for gaming. No issues or lagging at all & most importantly fast, very fast. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this PC.

Works great my son loved his birthday gift easy to install and start up. Looks amazing and love the lights. Still running strong!

This PC is AWESOME! Wish I would have bought it sooner. I can play all the games I want and more. Upon start-up, the fans worked but the lights did not. After I removed the back panel I found that the cables were not connected into the circuit board. This seems like a flimsy design or the lights were never plugged in but either way, it was an easy fix. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase.

This computer is stylish well built and fast set up was easy my 13 year old son did it also larger than I expected

I was a little apprehensive looking at some of the bad pictures and reviews. But the overall positive reviews make it worth the purchase. I had to have it shipped to my store. I did upgrade the memory to make it 32GB ( Amazon $57 ) Windows 11 took a little getting used to but it seems all right. I don't care too much for the RGB ( at least there's a button to turn it off) overall very satisfied with purchase

I love that you can change the colors. Handles projects, school, photography & games very well. Lots of space too.

This computer is a beast! I have zero complaints and absolutely love it. The Best Buy rep who helped me select the PC was super knowledgeable. Also got a 32" curved gaming monitor which is also killer!

This is an awesome PC. I never had any issues with a Cyberpower PC, Except for a power supply issue, but Cyberpower sent a new one free of charge. This PC is a beast and load up Cities Skylines in about 30 seconds, and even GTA 5 runs great on it!! Its worth buying if you are in the market for a new PC!!!

It is so quit barely any noise runs a stable 240 fps in fortnite

good purchase i went for entry level and love it, made a few upgrades but def love it will keep it for a while until more founder editons cards are released

I bought this recently and it's amazing it run's warzone, modern warfare, and a lot more games smoothly. Definitely recommend this.

This is my first gaming pc and I love it. Really easy to setup. The black and white case match with my PS5.

This is my first gaming pc and i saw the incredible reviews on this one and thought it would be amazing but its been awful. Worked great for a day. Been having issues with usb ports that are cheaply made. Been having issues with audio. I can hear other people but they cant hear me and i tried all the trouble shooting methods and looked online but nothing worked. I try to play far cry 6 and keeps freezing and disconnecting my keyboard mouse, and gaming controller. I tried reaching out to cyberpowerpc but they still havent messaged me back in 3 days. Definitely about to return.

I have yet to have a game that this computer cant really run, i may in the future if i want to go max ultra settings on certain games go 8gb instead of 6gb with the vram, other than that 5/5 i absolutely love this pc
