Good Pre-built system for the price, meets every expectation.

I was looking for power, and I found it. I had research many times for a power Gaming PC and I came across this one. The GeForce RTX 2060 is what I was looking for. Thank God BESTBUY had this item. 500GB SSD brings speed to live as a type. No need to spend over $2,5K in a PC. This one has it all.

I am in love with this PC so far. Would normally build from scratch, but with work and everything else going on I found this had all of the things I was looking for. Great buy so far

Its a great gaming Pc for what it is. It just needs some extra cooling. With additional 2 fans at the top the gaming rig is almost perfect! Keyboard and mouse need to be replaced as soon as possible. they are what you would find in a public library at best.

Only had the PC for about a day, but it has held up during my initial set up. So far, so good. I look forward to the future with this Pc!

As soon as the PC arrived at the store, I gave it straight to Geek Squad, unopened for them to download windows 11 and Webroot. When they were finished and took it back home. I booted it up and noticed that the LED lights inside where the fans are were not on. This is my first PC so I assumed I needed to turn them on myself. I later found out that they were never connected. Another problem is the USB frame in the back was shifted so some of the USBs could not even connect. I downloaded one game to test it and my mouse and Keyboard would disconnect then reconnect. It was terrible, I went to bestbuy and wanted an exchange for another. The second one arrived and had THE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS, (expect for the shifted frame in the back). Mouse and keyboard would not stay connected while playing games, I was told countless times to check my brand new mouse and keyboard to see if it was the problem and they worked without any trouble. I am staying away from this company forever and will instead have to find another PC.

Setup was faster than expected. Fast computer. Had to plug in wires inside back panel for fan lights, but easy once I learned.

This pc is amazing even for beginners! I love the mouse it comes with also it is so comfortable!

Got this from Best Buy this December before 2022 despite all the shortages and scalper problems. They have good starter prebuilt pcs. You can of course swap out later. I give 3/5 bcuz the parts are meh, BIOS was messed with and made setup complicated, one of the fans don’t work, and I ordered a pc from them directly and waited a whole month and few weeks and nothing came thru. But I’m understanding on how stressful times are and I hope things get better 2022 and onward :)

Awesome Machine. the graphics card alone is well worth the buy

I have had the PC for about 2 months and one of the two RAM sticks has already went out other than that a great prebuilt PC…

I’ve waited 2 weeks for it in the mail, received it today, and it was moldy and cracked I can’t believe it. I couldn’t even turn it on due to a safety hazard.

I bought it a month ago and it is working perfectly. The only problem I had was that it was missing a small little part that was missing that after I install everything was when I notice. The case has a side door in which is very convenient for a tower, but it was missing the latch to close or magnets or something. I called to best buy for it but they said I had to send back the entire thing in which I was not ready for it because I did all installation of programs and later that day found out about the problem. I just try fixing it myself so it was ok I guess.

Recently purchased this and have been very happy with it. My kids love the graphics and speed for playing their games. I love how easy it was to set up, how quiet it is and the ease with which I can navigate it.

This PC runs amazing, the fans are quiet. I can run valorant, Fortnite, apex, and GTA on High settings without the computer overheating. For the price, the PC runs amazing, wonderful prices and even better performance .

Excellent Computer ~ Being a mother of four I was not excited about a new electronic to set up but I have to say this is the easiest thing I have done. I just plugged it in inserted the USB key included answered a couple simple questions and my son was up and gaming. He loves it and the colors are awesome as he says. As far as gaming experience so far so good no problems with speed and the graphics are amazing. I would recommend. Oh and the white is a great touch with a white desk.

PC looks amazing, its more that what I expected. Was the best choice for my son, he loved it. It's easy and fast to setup no problem for my son to operate. Amazing graphics, fast loading and download.

This thing is pretty solid. After looking at many computer specs and prices, this thing is what I went with to provide the best performance without paying over $1500. It has done the job and easily handled anything I've thrown at it in terms of drafting, 3d modelling or gaming. There are just a few minor things I found that could be improved: - Microsoft Windows is spyware cancer. We should all collectively simultaneously move to linux or ubuntu or something similar tomorrow morning. This isn't so much related to this specific product - I wanted to like the mouse. It is custom and looks cool. It wore out rather quick, and I switched to wireless. It was great while it worked. - The sound has been terrible. I don't know if it is a windows thing or related to the components in this computer. I have had nothing but trouble with both bluetooth and the hard wire audio jack. Those gripes are really minor though. I have been nothing but satisfied with this purchase, and would do so again without thought. It has done nothing but exceed my expectations performance wise graphically/speed, and been a great value for the cost.
