I'm really new to gaming pcs so this PC is a great starting point to begin with. The instructions were very clear and simple to understand, and came very quickly. Everything came in excellent condition. As for the computer itself, it runs everything perfectly. I play a lot of indie games and pretty old GameCube / PS2 games so it can handle any of the games with ease. Great product!

Bought a CyberPower for the second time after gifting old device to family. Upgraded this time around but the quick and easy set-up was the same as last time. One of my fans arrived with a cable loose so I have to get in there to fix that once I'm done setting up software. Otherwise, zero issues and easy to set up and starting going.

Very fast Easy to use No issues with gaming thus far

Bought this since it was on sale and I was looking for a PC for a while now. Runs a lot of games on high settings. However, there was a problem with the power supply, and it stopped working. Once I got the power supply replaced, it worked fine again.

Bought this prebuilt one year ago and it still works havent had any issues at all.

This computer is a great buy! Very quick startup with the SSD and has ample storage with the 1TB HDD. The dedicated memory on the video card allows my system memory to run a great love it

The PC is a 5/5! Totally forgot it came with a mouse and keyboard and they work great so far! I havent found a way to control the color on the K/M but that's rather insignificant. I have trouble with some lag in Halo when using a K/M but it's less when I plug in a controller for some reason.

This was my first pc in over 10 years and especially my first gaming pc ever and cyberpowerpc completely blew my expectations. I'm currently playing genshin impact, valorant, and warzone and its nice to have a great system to be playing them, thanks for the great experience!

This should be a 0 star. The PC worked for a few months, and then died. The motherboard has no indicator lights, so it is very difficult to troubleshoot. I had to do a ton of troubleshooting to finally demonstrate that the issue was the GPU/motherboard, before CyberPower would do anything on the warranty. At that point, I had to mail it back to them, costing $200. It was sent back to me 2 months later, and it worked for 4 more months before dying again. Troubleshooting has confirmed that the GPU is dead. The extended warranty is over, so I have a 40 lb paper weight. Absolutely garbage system, with garbage components. Save your money and buy a better brand.
