They put a foam pack that is supposed to expand and protect the components during travel… only it didn’t.
It bent the pins connecting the PCI-e 16x bus the GPU was connected to. The case itself was pushed out and bent. Several components are damaged. Several screws are also missing for the case.
The computer constantly crashes and reboots because the GPU can’t be seated properly.
I reached out to customer service, and they just passed me along until they put me on hold for 45 minutes, despite every 10 minutes telling me ‘you are first in line, estimated wait time is 5 minutes’.

Received mine 2 days ago and had to return it yesterday due to the pc crashing on me every time I try to start a game up. Cyberpower tech support think it’s probably a defected GPU. This was extremely disappointing considering one spends $2500 and this is what you get. What’s even worse is apparently this has happened to several people. Terrible.

Haven't ran any benchmarks or done any testing yet. Will edit later with results.
This arrived a week earlier than estimated.
GPU: Standard first-party 6800xt, not an aftermarket card.
CPU Cooler: Looks like a wraith cooler but from my understanding AMD is not providing a factory cooler for the 5800x or above. Doubtful it will be adequate.
Power Supply: Apevia 800 Watt 80+ Gold, ATX-PR800W. Likely varies from one build to another.
SSD: WD Blue SN550 M.2 1TB
Motherboard: Asus Prime B550M-A AC
RAM: 2x8GB 3000MHz CL15 Ballistix
