    After ordering this PC, I was a bit hesitant given a few negative reviews. Upon receiving and setting up the PC, everything powered on as expected. I did experience some blue screen issue but that seems to have fully gone away after the patch update I installed. Now after over two weeks of normal usage, mostly gaming, this PC seems like it should work well for my pc gaming for at least a few years.

    Overall, the computer is decent, and everything works fine, but I’m having an issue with the monitor, mouse, and keyboard not powering on properly. I have to turn them on and off twice for them to work, and this has been happening every time I power up the PC. The issue started about 30 days after I bought it, so I’m past the return window. CyberPower offers a 1-year warranty, but their customer service has been disappointing. They asked me to cover the shipping costs for both sending and returning the unit, and even suggested I pay for insurance in case it gets lost. The total cost for packaging, shipping, and return (excluding insurance) was going to be around $350. Coincidently a UPS worker told me he also bought a pre-built CyberPower system and it broke down just a couple of months after purchase. The computer itself isn’t bad, but I really wish CyberPower would cover the shipping costs.
