Great So Far But Damaged

My excitement soon faded as soon as I realized that the computer had been damaged right out of the box. I suspect that it had occurred during shipping. ( I have worked for UPS before and personally witnessed the man handling of some items ) However I was not willing to rule out BestBuy or CyberPower for causing the damage. To excited to see how the computer ran I decided to turn it on, before waiting till the support lines for BestBuy, UPS, and CyberPower to open in the morning; and begin the man hunt to find the company who is going to take responsibly for the damage. Despite the reasonably large dent on the bottom of the computer, all systems seem to work well. (However the whole thing is unbalanced and leaning to the side since the dent was on the bottom of the computer ) So at least I can say that the computer housing is protective and can take a hit. Anyway as far as the computer goes its great, fast and boots up before my monitor can even wake up. The included mouse and keyboard are amazing to say the least. All the keys on them are responsive and comfortable. I will follow up on how my experience with all the companies' customer support goes to let you know what to expect if you all run into the same problem of the computer being damaged on arrival.

I was looking for computer with great graphic and great processing ability, with this AMD components (graphic and processor) this computer price is lower than intel components, which makes me happy when it comes to upgrade. This PC only takes 3 sec to load windows after bios load and computer shutdown in 2 sec after you click shutdown. graphic's very sharp, when it comes to games with high resolution demands this PC never lag or even froze like my previous one.

First off this computer is very powerful and can handle a lot of things when it works. However when I received mine from saving up all summer I have run into issue after issue, after issue. this computer often freezes and has system failures. the computer on a number of games simply will work for a while but then starts crashing almost constantly and the recent graphics card update has made it impossible for me to use it peacefully since it has frozen and crashed over 4 times this evening after I updated the drives. I also often get blue screens that say there is a video scheduler internal error. So while this computer is nice I find myself more frustrated and angry at this hardware than being impressed or happy with it. At this point I find it to be an almost waste of 2000$ (around that price after taxes and fees) I recommend finding a computer with a better graphics card not AMD type specifically since it tends to reach high temperatures and crash games and the computer a lot.
