I haven't purchased a new CyberPower PC since 2009, so this was a welcome addition to my tech arsenal. First, the case is large - very, very large. Not overwhelmingly so, but certainly bigger than I was expecting. That being said, it's incredibly quiet. As other reviewers have mentioned, the fans are quietest at the highest speed (ironically), although at the lower speeds it isn't overwhelming or distracting. I was highly annoyed that there is some kind of round bar over the video card blocking the DP and HDMI ports (see attached). DVI is still accessible but having to open the case and move the video card on a brand new computer is unacceptable. Second, this computer is blistering fast. I'm new to Windows 10 and it blasts through everything effortlessly. I don’t push computers to the bleeding edge, but I downloaded Warframe off of steam and clocked 60 fps at high settings – pretty impressive! This thing also crushes all of the memory-intensive features and functions of Lightroom. It’s now a joy instead of a burden to use! I don’t care for the keyboard and mouse that were included; although I appreciated that they were in the box. There are CDs with backup software/drivers, and extra parts as expected. My only gripe is that the included SSD is pathetically small… charge me an extra $50 and give me 250 Gb please! There are plenty of USB ports, and my favorite feature is the 4 USB inputs on top of the computer, along with headphone and mic jacks. Awesome! I am highly pleased with the audio card built into the MOBO on this sucker. It pumps out bone-crushing audio through both my headphones (Geega Super Bass) and my basic 2:1 Logitech speakers (~2010). The included audio management software offers some great options (EQ, speaker setup, etc.). CyberPower does it again and I’m thrilled to break this baby in on Battlefront in a month! For this price, I expect some serious longevity. Based on my experience with their products, it shouldn’t be an issue. Game on!

I got this computer last week and I like most everything about it. It looks awesome and most of the components are great. I am not a fan of the graphic card. I will end up replacing it. Also the placement of the graphic card makes it impossible to use two monitors. The tower comes with a round bar over the slot that blocks the top row of ports.(see picture) I had to remove the card and move it down. I do not like having to do that on a brand new computer. The card runs LoL great but my other main game is SWTOR and i do not like the FPS I am getting on it on ultra settings. I will be replacing this card as soon I can do more research on what I want. Once i get that new card this rig will be a monster!

I have received my computer 2 days ago, it was big. First impression, it looked awesome. First I did was open to see what kind of hardware was inside. Cyberpower put in pretty expensive parts inside and the wiring was nice-n-neat. This pc have plenty of room for future upgrade, (which it won't be for awhile, except maybe a better video card). Afterward i power on th pc, it was blazing fast, it boot within give-take 10sec... I am glad I purchased this Cyberpower PC from BestBuy. I will definitly recommend this pc to any pc gamer or casual gamer....

I bought this to use for video editing and converting video files. Things that took many hours before are completed in 30 minutes on this system. This also is my first system with an SSD drive. The SSD is unbelievably fast. I am not much of a gamer so I can't comment on that, but I would imagine that this machine is more than capable.

I love how fast it is, but the ATI video card crashes every other day.

I got this computer about a month before Christmas and I love it. the graphic card is able to run most games confidently. I can play csgo and pull 150fps average no problem at all! I love the whole package but the keyboard was not the best but it was terrible but I had a razor to use instead. all around this computer is really big but where I have it set up at is no biggie cause it has plenty of space. Again I love it! 9/10

This is replacing a 6 year old computer, and I'm definitely pleased with it. This is a 6 core system as another reviewer stated, so hopefully they will change the description from 4 cores. You can change the case fan speed with buttons on top, but they make more noise at low speeds. Just be prepared for how large this thing is - I had trouble fitting in the back of my car.

Bought this pc after my old pc finally died, looking forward to new generation of gaming, now I am almost defeated. It has constantly crashed to desktop while running graphics since I got it. I always get " amd driver has stopped responding and has recovered" took it back to best buy, geek squad didn't show any knowledge in pc,s. I was told, they would run a "diag" on it. three days leter they return it saying " all hardware has passed, you probably just have a virus or something, go home and wipe windows and it will be fine, we wont do it though because you didn't pay extra money when you purchased this pc" This pc was 1500$$ and I didn't pay enough for customer service....so fast forward, I take it home, reset to factory, spend next 6 hours updating and reinstalling games, only to have it crash again. Geek squad said "i don't know, guess youl have to send it back to manufacturer, that will take 5-7 weeks, and nothing is guaranteed!!! best buy will not take returns on this pc, they wash their hands of all responsibility once you buy it, although you thought you were purchasing through best buy, you are not. I notice only 4-5 star reviews are accepted here, so this is all for not, but if by some chance this gets through, beware, I am out 1500$ for a very large paper weight and no one will help me.

I bought this on a Wednesday and it showed up that next Monday! already have it set up and done plenty of gaming on it! Would definitely recommend this computer to anyone looking for a powerful PC!

I was amazed with the size of the computer, the speed at which the system functions, and how quick I was able to receive the system. Good job BestBuy!

just wanted to point out that the i7-5820k is a 6 core CPU, not a quad that its being advertised at. Just saying its better than the advertised information.
