    1st PC was delayed and then missed 2 fed ex deliveries.Unboxed the computer and immediately had issues getting my monitor to connect, and wifi was very poor so poor I could not set up WIN 11 or get any windowns updates or drivers.Returned the computer to my local best buy.Ordered another of the same computer hoping it was an anomaly. Ominously opened the box and immediately a screw popped out from somewhere when getting the computer out.Initially had issues with the monitor again and the wifi again was not very strong .Downloaded elder scrolls online, Elden Ring and Starfield which came with this computer.Elden ring ran very poorly,extremely choppy framerate and Starfield also,very blurry.I downloaded amd updated drivers , still ran very poorly.Then I tried plugging in my headphones to the top port of the computer,it immediately froze the computer requiring me to restart the computer from the button on top. when returning this computer the techs had never heard of this happening..I tried this several times same thing happened.Returned this second computer and was persuaded to get a thermaltake computer even though I wanted a Corsair vengeance or Hp Omen but none were close in price.. hope its a much better experience.Stay away from Cyberpower I would say.

    The first computer had shipping damages, no one's fault. The second had a bad video card, which I suspect wasn't Cyberpowers DIRECT fault given the 9700xtx's known heating issues with the default card. Though there is almost zero percent chance the computer was stress tested in any way. Third one works great. The value is INSANE. Yeah it took longer than I'd like, and I am a master repacker of that computer case now but in the end, it was well worth it. I'll say as well that their customer service was very excellent. Short wait times and I could understand them. They figured out the issues each time as well. So I'm satisfied knowing if I have further issues I'll be taken care of.

    Initial one arrived DOA with faulty power supply. Not the first time something like this has happened to me, so no biggie. I typically build my PC's, so I know this can happen. The second computer arrived within a couple of days and started right up. Everything works, wiring is mostly fantastic, had to gingerly remove the packaging foam within the PC due to it wrapping around the cooler cords, but besides that, no issues. This thing is a monster, super fast, easy setup, and requires zero hardware changes unless you feel like you need more speed for your jpb or hobbies (workstation like equipment).

    Picked this PC up yesterday (March 18th) which was a replacement for one purchased in October 2023. Out of box, would not connect to any peripherals or my monitor. Some panels do not appear to match tower, and there is audible clicking from interior when powered on. I have bought some good PCs from CyberPower in the past, but they obviously have no standards these days. Would rather have a less powerful PC that actually works than keep wasting time and effort lugging these behemoths back and forth to the store.

    As a long time Intel/NVidia user, this was a chance I wanted to take. The XTX cards outclass almost everything right now. This machine hasn't disappointed me. I've gone through all my major titles; and nothing has stressed it. Maxing the graphics in Hogwarts, Overwatch 2, Godfall, BlackOps Cold war... the list goes on and on. Streaming and playing at 1080p max or ultra - I couldn't get one issues out of this setup. I think Ray Tracy in some games is the only weird thing; but that's only going to get better in time.

    Amazing computer. I always used to pick the second best system, looking to avoid sticker shock. Unfortunately, by the 3 year mark, games were coming out that overstressed my Alienware Aurora. This new top line system has such amazing power, I've reached the computer/human hardline. No matter how good our eyes are, there comes a point where the technology surpasses what the eye can recognize. The human eye can only detect 30-60 fps. This machine achieves and surpasses that maximum interface between biology and technology. The price was painful, but this system turned out to be well worth it now, and for the next 7-10 years.

    I was Skeptical of getting this Pc. Why? Cyberpower reviews on their Pcs are pretty bad. More negative than positive. On top of that there are many reviews of people saying that the 7900 xtx graphcis cards run very hot. However i decided to take a leap of faith. My experience so far has been wonderful. Fast, Powerful, High Fps Gaming. Highest temp ive seen is 75 which is not bad at all when playing online multiplayer games. If you change the fan curve ive gotten it as low at 55. Not one complaint at all and i am very happy with this purchase. Hopefully it stays this way for many years to come. Not sure if i got lucky or what but this was 100 percent worth it. Especially when theres a sale going on

    I was skeptical about this pc at first given the price. After shopping for weeks I just couldn't get past the overall specs and hardware at the price. I have owned a CyberPowerPC before but upgraded it myself at my local Best Buy. Needless to say this has handled multiple AAA titles games at max performance like nobody's business lol. It never seems to get near hot and unless loading up a huge game you can barely hear it run. Overall 5 star review!

    First 3 months were ok. Then the crashing and lockup started. Ive had only issue for this entire 1st year. It is sitting in the Geek Squad right now as a brick. Im 1 week late of MFG warranty on it so any repair is on me. 30 years of using various computers and this has been the worst experience so far. All the bells and whistle for my retirement gaming system and it was only headaches. Wish I had my 3k back to get a stable system with less bells and whistles and less headaches.

    So, this desktop is great... when it works. First one I ordered, would boot up but would no matter what cable I used or monitor would not connect using HDMI or displayport. Returned it for a second unit. 2nd unit came and everything has been working smoothly till the past couple of weeks (will be getting in touch with tech support to see if they can solve the issue). Second week in, the HDMI port to the GPU appears to be damaged during shipping but I didn't notice it till now, the slightest touch will disconnect the connection, so I used displayport untill I can get it fixed. However now the computer randomly freezes and shuts down with no blue screen, checked event logs and everything no definite answer why. People on forumns have told me it is most likely a PSU failing. Hopefully this can be fixed or I rather get a different desktop all together, this is the second unit that's causing me issues.

    So far, absolutely no issues. I read a lot of the other reviews where people were having issues and returning for one or more replacements or had video issues. I had no such issues. Runs games butter smooth. Easy to set up. Only downed ease-of-use for Windows 11, since I'm just not used to it, but that'll come in time. I also downed value a little because I wish it had come with primary SSD for the OS and another SSD for other installations. All-around, a solid machine so far. Huge upgrade from my last system

    I can’t describe how disappointed this pc made me. Obviously it’s a beast for a great price. It plays everything at crazy high frame rates! And then it crashes. Again. And again. And again. Everytime a game is closed the entire system crashes. I’ve done just about everything I can to fix it as I don’t want to lug this massive thing back to the store. Alas the only possibility is defective hardware. Buyer beware disappointing for 3000 dollars

    I bought not one but two of these… The first one arrived and would not show anything on my monitors. I reconnected both the CPU’s and GPU. Tried multiple cables and monitors. However, the problem persisted. I scheduled an appointment with the Geek Squad the next day and they could not get it to work either. They told me the best bet was to return for a full refund and reorder. Which I did. Second tower arrived and I had the exact same issue. Would not show anything after hooking up to multiple monitors. I fully understand things can happen in shipment. Which is why I reordered. But going 2/2 on the exact issue indicates a much larger issue in my opinion. So I decided to buy the parts myself and have the geek squad build my PC. Wish I had done this in the first place. My suggestion is save yourself the time and aggravation and get another desktop.

    My system echoes what another review said. I received this and was excited to get it started but the monitors are just black. I tried switching from GPU to motherboard but same issue.

    Do not buy this PC. Twice now I've had it had the exact same issue on arrival, plugged it in, lights just fine but it refused to make any display to the monitor or power any peripherals. The first time I thought it was a fluke, returned it and went for another. The second one had the EXACT same issue. I've had plenty prebuilt PCs but this is very poor quality, both times the case was loose in multiple places and either had to be tightened or snapped into place. Was very much looking forward to this but now you've lost a customer of over 6 years CyberPower.
