I'm usually do builds for myself, friends, family, ect... and really wanted to do my "2.0" version of my pc but everything was sold out. Or just the over priced parts were left. My main issue for only giving it 4 stars tho was the motherboard only came with three screws. And they were all in the bottom right hand side. Not a massive issue I guess just scares me a bit because all the stand off are their but only 3 screws some how made it in?????? I'd say their a decent SI and are very close to actual pricing in terms of builds you would do yourself. The case reminds me of the NZXT H100 cases but they slightly changed up the front to have an angle cut for the glass. Over all for upgrades and what not the case is roomy and can hold a 380mm rad. In the top and front with enough room for a custom loop. If you wanted to do that(might have to get creative with the pump tho if you decide to run both). Has plenty of space for cables and hides excess ones very well. I actually really like the case. The fans are just meh their pretty cheap but mine all work with no hiccups rgb's are controlled by a button on the case. Now to the part everyone really wants to know what's in it. What did my mystery box come with well it was as follows:
Motherboard: Asrock B450m/AC-$105
Processor: Ryzen 7 3700x -$300
Gpu: gigabyte rtx 2070 super in triple fan configuration-$500
Ram: crucial balistix sport DDR4 clocked at 3k in the white camo(wish it was black but w/e still looks good)-$117
Psu: thermaltake 80+ gold 600 watt-$135
Sdd: WesternDigital blue m.2 1tb-$120
The Aio 120mill cooler is in a push pull configuration the rad they use is the same one that all the big brands use they just slap their fans on it and the pump for it I'm not 100% on weather it's one they rebrand or if they have someone make them idk. So will price it more on the same bounds as the EVGA clc 120mil aio.-$55
And then the rest is the fans which arnt great but arnt too noisy either so I wont include those.
And then the case since it looks comparatively to the h100/h100i like -$80
That brings the grand total to -$1412 before tax after $1525 wa taxes idk about anywhere else. And yes I took the time to price this out so you didn't have to!
Lastly in terms of upgrades I'd deffinatly would swap the mobo out for an x570 board at some point maybe around the time the 4k cpus come out
The fans once they go out save ur money and just let them run unless you got the funds.
And liquid custom loop especially for those that got blower cards this is a biggie maybe not so much.
Lastly for those that are planning to put more fans in the top for now get a fan header as this mobo only has 1 extra and the others are all spliced off the cpu for rgb and connected to molex for power. And come with their own hub just for that.
AND YES THE CPU SCREWS missing bothers me...
The mouse feels nice but the keyboard is just w/e to me it's nice to have if you don't have one tho.

This is the first PC I’ve purchased for gaming in over a decade. Needless to say, its got some pretty nice specs. Mine specifically came with:
MOBO: ASUS Prime B450M-A
Processor: Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6GHz
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB
Ram: XPG 16GB DDR4
PSU: EVGA 80+ Gold
SSD: AData SX6000LNP 1TB (XPG)
Initial impressions: This item was delivered to my home in a box that was not only damaged but opened. (See photos). I did not order an open box PC. As such, I had some initial concerns regarding if the PC was damaged. After opening and setting up, I found it worked as expected. However, the keyboard and mouse that came with the PC have loose components that can be heard rolling around inside of them if you turn them side-to-side.
Impressions after a month of ownership: The PC runs perfectly, I’ve stopped using the mouse that came with it due to the loose components inside. As far as performance, I’m running racing simulators, battle royales and open world games at the highest settings with almost perfect performance. Start up is quick, launching games and programs is without issue and once you get the hang of the Asus audio management its actually quite useful for periphery devices. The 3 fans inside seem to do a more than decent job of keeping the internals cool as well. Only real cons are the blue standby light which blinks quite rapidly and makes it impossible to sleep in a room where the computer is in sleep versus shut down and the fans can be a little loud but not overly bothersome.
I have recommended this PC to others and would recommend it to you as well if you are looking for a pre-built solution. Though, I don’t know if Best Buy would be the place I’d order it from considering how the box arrived and the state of the periphery items. I would say that had they had another one of these in stock at my local store I would have gone to do an exchange, but they did not.

I typically build my own PC. But during the pandemic, I can't get parts at the usual discount. Many parts are not even available. This is the 1st pre-built PC I bought in decades and it turned out to be a great value.
I order the PC on 6/4/20. Received it on 6/9/20. The only issue I had was not with BestBuy or CyberPower PC, but with UPS. The box was beaten up pretty badly and sure enough, one back corner of the PC was damaged slightly. I am not happy about the damage on my new PC but since it is in the back and does not affect performance, I am going to let it go. Before I turned on the PC, I opened it to make sure all cables are securely connected. There were. But 1 RAM stick was missing. It was lodged in the corner of the case. Again, probably due to UPS handling of the box.
After turning on the PC all work as expected. There are some reviews online complaining the BIOS wasn't set correctly or the fans were oriented in the wrong direction. None of that with my PC. The only thing I changed in BIOS was turning on virtualization. Don't think it affects gaming, but I like to have everything on.
As for the components, I know it is a crap shoot with pre-builds, I am satisfied with the components I received:
* Asus Prime B450M-A motherboard (not good for OC the CPU, but OC the RAM adequately)
* XPG Z1 DDR4 3000MHz CL16-20-20 White. Matches the case. (Was hoping for 16-18-18, but this will work)
* MSI RTX 2070 Super Ventus GP PC (Dual fan model. Glad I didn't get the blower version)
* XPG SX6000 NVMe SSD (Was hoping for something faster, but it will do)
Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Just one little nit-pick: the Quick Start Guide is super sparse. I need 1 piece of info and it didn't have it. I had to look up how to change the color of the RGB fans. Other than that, no regret on the purchase.

I needed something beefy for my grad degree since the computing annex won’t be opening up again for the foreseeable future. In this case I received the following hardware:
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX Super Ventus GP OC
RAM: Critical Ballistix 16gb (2 x 8gb)
SSD: WD Blue SN550 NVMe SSD 1Tb
Motherboard: ASUS B450M-A
This system would really benefit from a better motherboard like an X470, so I will replace it at some point. That being said, I can still run multiple heavy programs like ESRI, ArcGIS, and more without seeing any significant delays.
BOTTOM LINE: While you may get the parts cheaper elsewhere, the value of this system cannot be ignored. They give great components that work well together, as well as install the parts perfectly. Very secure and useful. 10/10 would buy again

I bought this Gaming PC for playing games and producing music on ableton and it is more than enough. Gameplay on COD warzone is a breeze pumping out 144+ FPS at high settings with the RTX 2070 Super GPU. When producing music on ableton, I no longer have to worry about how many VST plugins I can run before maxing out the cpu. The water cooled Ryzen 7 3700x CPU handles all that with the help of the 1tb NVMe ssd and 16gb ram. With these specs at this price, you’ll have a smile on your face every time you see it and use it. BONUS: Backlit Keyboard and Rgb gaming mouse included!

I waited a week to post this review to get a feel for this PC and I am quite impressed with the outcome. The only bad thing that I have to say is that there was a quarter size dent on the front of the case. I have a list of parts of what it came with as well.
MoBo- Asus Prime B450-M-A $159.00
GPU- EVGA Ge-Force 2070 Super $527.98
AMD-Ryzen 7 3700X $274.49
RAM-Adata XPG 3000 MHZ x2 8GB $59.99
PSU- EVGA 650 Plus Gold Non-Modular- $82.06
SSD- XPG 1 TB $149.99
CPU Cooler- Cyberpower AIO W/ 120mm RGB fan Guessing on price would be around $60-80
WIFI Card- ASUS wifi network adapter- $34.99
CyberPower Case- $50-100
CyberPower Standard Gaming Mouse and Keyboard- $60.00

Motherboard is AsRock B450M.
Everything works well, super fast and no issues for my first time plug and play.
Graphics is Superior. If this is your first Gaming PC you won’t be disappointed. The Performance and Price for this model you can’t really beat even if you try to build from Scratch.
Upgraded the PC with extra 32gbRAM and 4 Asiahorse RGB fans. Looks excellent and highly recommend.

The PC itself is great. The specs are really good and you'll have no problem running intense games at 1440p 60fps. The problem is that you only get 1TB of M.2 SSD storage. That means if you really want to own this pc for years to come, you're going to have to install an HDD.(2TB is great and is more than enough) Fan RGB is not customizable aside from the button you see near the jacks and ports at the top of the case. The PC does feel hot when you play an intense game for hours, but the temps don't go up too high. Comparing this PC to a PC similar to it on PCPartPicker shows that the prebuilt is about the same price when you include fees, handling, and such. You don't need to do anything after opening the box, aside from plugging in a monitor, power cables, peripherals, and downloading your favorite games/apps. So, what I'm saying is, if you have no idea how to build a PC or don't want to, you should pick this up.

Video Post Production Suite by CyberPower

I have been a video editor for 30+ years and have worked on HP z-class workstations in a previous life. This computer holds its own and serves my needs well.
I purchased this for video post production including editing, motion graphics, sound editing and color grading. I researched various ways to get to where I am including building myself, but couldn't touch the price at Best Buy for same components, and I didn't have to build anything.
Ordering from BB website was flawless and order tracked easily. Delivery was great.
I've since upgraded from 16 to 32GB RAM, plus installed a 500GB SSD for project editing and 250GB SSD for scratch disk cache. I also added an older 1TB spinning drive for internal backup storage for projects. I use external USB3 drives for video media.
For sound, I added a pair of M-Audio BX4 speakers using a 3.5mm stereo to dual 1/4 phone (unbalanced) shielded plugs. I'm still missing the lowest end bass - below 70hz, but the system sounds great.
It was easy to install hard drives. The computer shipped with two additional hard drive connecting (SATA) cables. There is room to install up to four drives in this box.
Self install of Win10 was flawless. I was initially confused on which Invidia driver I needed, but determined it was the STUDIO driver, not game driver for the 2070 Super GPU.
My build included ASUS Prime B450M-A motherboard. Two sticks, 16gb, of XPG Z1 DDR4 3000MHz (PC4 24000) 16GB. I immediately ordered two identical to bring to 32gb total.
Performance in video editing on both AVID Media Composer and the Adobe Creative Suite of products is great. If I were to edit on AVID more than I do I would upgrade computer to max 64GB of RAM as AVID eats it all. Adobe Premiere is more miserly with RAM and 32GB is working for now. I have also done a little bit with RESOLVE, however not enough to comment more than it loads and works well - playback is smooth.
If you're looking for a video editing computer on a budget this one will do nicely.

Excellent Pre-Built System

This is my second CyberpowerPc pre-built I've purchased since 2013. I had the Ronin before, and loved it. This one is no exception. If you don't have the time to build your own or just don't care what the PC elitists think about pre-built systems, this is a great buy for the price. Any problems others are having are probably specific to their package and is not the case for all, as nothing of mine was damaged or not working.
The Ryzen 7 3700x is the most power I've had in a PC. The MSI Geforce RTX 2070 8gb Super Ventus GP OC GPU they provided (may be different per build) plays any and all games that I already own and is spec'd higher than recommended specs for most new games.
The coolermaster watercooling keeps my gaming temps between 65c and 75c tops. Only hit 83c once and that was before I adjusted the CPU and case fans to performance mode. Though the GPU is the hotter running component of the build, two cheaper 120mm fans at the top would probably solve the issue.
The case is a good quality, the power supply area has a removable filter under the case, and the top of the case has a magnetic mesh cover that is removable.
The cable management is pretty good. Minimal cables are seen up front and its decently organized in the back. The power supply and drive areas are covered and separated in a lower bay, accessible from the back panel. The power supply is a 600W 80+Gold certified Apevia block. The RAM is 8gb x2 Apevia XPG sticks.
The RGB fan lighting can be configured with a button on the top of the case, providing numerous different combinations or single colors.
It does come with a single storage drive, a 1tb M.2 drive. Startup is fast, mine boots in about 10 seconds, with the CyberpowerPC post screen involved.
All in all, I'm very pleased with the build. I would have built my own, but the 2070 Super is almost impossible to find due to the scalpers hitting every other site. I DO recommend this PC for anyone who wants a great gaming experience for a great price.

I have been very satisfied with this unit from CyberPower PC. I was planning on building my own but I couldn't beat the price of this PC.
I mainly play COD Warzone on a 200Hz 1080p 21:9 monitor. With all settings on ultra I average 120-130 frames in 1080p. I did hook this tower up to my 55" 4k tv and was able to manage 50-60 fps on high settings in 4k through HDMI.
For those curious on my specific unit:
Motherboard: ASRock B550 AM Gaming
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GV-N207 SWF3OC (tri-fan)
RAM: ADATA XPG 3000 MHz
SSD: ADATA SX6000
I did add an additional 16GB of ADATA XPG RAM and three additional fans. These items are not necessary to enjoy this PC out of the box.
I like the keyboard that it came with, its backlit but not RGB, I am still currently using it. The mouse on the other hand is so-so and I do not use it.
Set up was simple and my unit came packaged properly and everything was tight and in place.

Given the other bad reviews i was quite worried when waiting for my shipment to arrive.
Box delivered which looked like it was it was already used before and just repackaged.
The important thing was that it worked straight of the box!
The fans were blowing too hard and were super noisy but I was able to resolve them via downloading the ASUS AI 3 software and setting the fans to standard.
The case covers still have plastic in them.
Specs are great I think i was lucky because i got the two-fan EVGA 2070 Super and not the blower type one.
Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU:EVGA RTX 2070 Super with 2 fans (not the blower-type card)
Ram: 16gb
Motherboard:Asus b450 Prime
Cooler: AIO 120 mil cpu cooler
Storage: XPG 1TB M2
MSI Wifi card with two atennas
Cons:
-The mouse which came with it was broken but it's not a big deal
-no SATA cables. if you have extra hdd/ssd you need to buy these cables separately
-wiring could have been done better
Overall I'm happy with my purchase. Will update in a few weeks

i know they all come with different brand components because they always put what's available to them so here's what it came with :
Asrock mobo wifi

I built my previous PC but was interested in looking at prefabs just out of laziness, and the fact that it's easier to find a prefab with a 2070 in it than the GPU on its own pushed me towards picking this fella up.
To put it short, it's great. Someone on Reddit did a quick calculation to see what it would cost to build it with raw parts, and the final cost ended up being about $1400, so you're actually getting a deal. That's always a good start.
At the moment I'm using an ultrawide 1080p monitor with G-Sync (another reason I went with this one) and unsurprisingly it runs absolutely everything at high FPS with ultra settings. The 1TB drive is a really nice bonus, though I threw in an extra 4TB HDD just for more storage. It's an oddly big case for the small mobo but there's room for everything and it seems like it should be easy to upgrade. And hey, fancy lighting!
The only niggle I have is the power supply, which seems a touch prone to going hot and the fan spinning loudly.

My first gaming PC. So I can't be too critical. Straight out the box I looked over the case and spotted many imperfections along the seems. Not sure if they were bent in transit, but I doubt it since the box was in good condition. Not a big deal though, Upon inspection of the connections to make sure everything was hookup up right I was disappointed to see the GPU had some sag to it. Upon powering it up, I noticed the LEDS on the bottom and back fan were not lighting up. Me with minimal PC experience assume maybe there's a setting i need to access to turn them on and control the colors, but have not discovered if the solution yet, So far I am happy with the purchase and as long as I can get these fans to light up, I have no plans of returning it.

Would have gotten 5 stars however the back of the case has 4 screws holding it closed and the top left screw was dented inward so it cannot be unscrewed or anything it’s bent sideways in place however it does not affect the performance of the pc and is hardly noticeable depending how you set it up. The included mouse arrived broken as well, the buttons on top that control the RGB function were broken rattling around inside. Considering the damage and broken part it was unfortunate but I ordered a mouse and keyboard brand new to make me feel better wish there was a credit for the useless item but no worries overall I love this build and would highly recommend to anyone

Great Gaming Computer, Poor Condition of Computer

Upon unboxing the computer, three points of damage on the computer case were noted, and a screw holding part of the case was missing. Further inspection showed that the missing screw hole was stripped. Based on the case damage and missing screw, it looked like someone had tampered with the computer case and did a poor job of reassembling it.
Regardless, since my son was so excited to install his new PC, I hooked everything up. He was very impressed with this PC running Fortnite, clocking 200+ fps consistently, with very smooth graphics and gameplay. So far so good.
I stopped by my local Best Buy where I picked up the computer last week, to explain the issues and discuss how to resolve. The customer service was going to schedule an appointment, with earliest time of 7/11. Instead of waiting for 2+ weeks to even meet with the GeekSquad, I asked the manager to give me another screw from a Cyberpower computer in-store, to secure the case at home, which he reluctantly did.
As far as the damage to the case itself, he commented that this is typical for merchandise arriving, and offered no solution other than to replace the entire computer. Given the hassle, I declined, but am posting a mediocre review. Computer damage seems to be a common issue at Best Buy, so buyer beware. In fairness, many online reviews of computers that have been shipped direct also flag in transit damage.
As an Apple user for the better part of 20 years, I wasn't too impressed with the sturdiness of construction of this PC, but this is a gaming computer with flashy lights, without the price of an equivalent Apple product.
