Ordered this to my local store which was a breeze to pickup. Computer was well packaged and box was undamaged. Setup was smooth except for some RGB lighting that wasn’t turning on. Just had to take the side panel off and reconnect a few plugs that probably came loose on transit. Took 5 minutes. Computer performs well in games and stays nice and cool. Hardware seems to be all decent brands. Gigabyte MB with a Ryzen 7 5700G but without the integrated graphics which is somewhat strange. Nice liquid cooler for the CPU that’s connected to the exhaust fan. ASRock 6700 xt dual fan which is nice enough. 16 gb of Ballistix RAM at 3200 instead of 3000 like the specifications stated. Only complaint and reason for 4 stars is the PSU seems to have a high pitch whine that changes depending on what I’m doing whether gaming or scrolling the internet. Looking this up, it’s apparently not a defect but who knows. Hopefully it holds up. Overall a good deal for the price I got it for.

It’s a good Pc works good for editing,streaming,and gaming on it it’s gets up to 250 plus fps on Cold War and modern warfare only thing I changed was the ram changing the Pc case later on cause it don’t get that much air flow

The computer looks amazing, it's very big I know it's kind of dumb to say that but hey it might factor into your purchase decision. It runs soooo smooth. No fan noise, I think because it's liquid cooled. The only thing I didn't like about is that the motherboard and rear fan did not come attached properly. There were a bunch of screws attached to the door latch magnets, the fan had one screw holding, it was flopping around so I had to put the rest of the screws on. The motherboard only had two screws holding it down, I had to screw the rest of it down. I don't think this is normal and I was worried it might affect the computer in some way but so far it has not. I personally didn't want to go through the hassle of reboxing it and returning for a new one so I just delt with it.

I'm a bit new to gaming PCs, but this one is very easy to set up and get used to. It's quiet and runs my games with no issues.

Very good price for everything included. Has the graphics card I’ve been looking for. So far everything has been running good I do have an issue with two of the RGBS not functioning but will contact manufacturer tomorrow.

I really like it! Runs fast and smooth. Pair it with a monitor capable of HDR. I really like the brand as well. This is the 2nd CyberPower PC I've purchased. RGB isn't working right now so I'll have to double check the connections.

The PC came fast... like 3 days before it was set to arrive. The box and packaging were in amazing shape, and the machine runs amazing.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He was super excited! It’s a nice pc and great for all of the things he wants to do. There was a little damage on the corner from shipment but overall it’s great so far.

I would from this place about 3 years ago, the computer still remains unharmed and functional. Durable built and worth the money, I was hoping for geforce 3070 but unfortunately it was out of stock, but they offered me 6700 xt, they explained me the performance and it let me to buying it.
