PC runs great out of the box and the price ($1300) couldn't be beaten when I bought it. The only issues I had are that the case design is bad for ventilation, the front is glass and the fans can only gather air from small slots on the top and bottom of the front. The other issue is that the power cord that came with the PC was really short and I had to buy a new cord to reach my power outlet.

PC was delivered fast and reasonably easy to set up out of the box. Got a great deal on a 2yr old build that still holds it's own against current gen products at the same price point. Box exterior was damaged during shipping, but no interior damage to products

Definitely, a very soild build to start with. Specs are very nice besides a few things, but nothing you can't upgrade in the future. Good for the price considering the gpu is around 800 alone

PC is working wonderfully, some lag on certain games, not sure why but if it is a RTS it can get laggy. But still fantastic PC for the price I bought it (On Sale)

Exactly as advertised. I'm pretty happy with it. I'm having a few issues, but I think they might be user error. Overall, a good pc for the price

Its okay i guess. Besides the fact since day 1 ive been having USB issues. Stay away from this mobo. Gigabye B550 UD AC. Every driver is updated. Disconnects my keyboard and has me unplug and plug it in. Cant use a webcam. Every usb disconnects it. Basic Gaming, Sure. Good Luck

Runs great, only had a month so far so good . Plays BG3 on ultra no problem! I did add 32gb of ram I had from old pc. Was on sale for 1100 when I picked it up. My son has a cyber pc for 3 years now and no problems.

Honestly I usually tend to stay away from prebuilt PCs but I couldn't pass this up when it was on sale. A huge upgrade from my previous build and this has been able to run any game I throw at it with ultra settings, from Cyberpunk 2077 to Hogwarts Legacy

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this PC. However, just 3 months after I got it the power supply went bad. Instead of shipping it back to CyberPower, which would have taken 4-6 weeks!) I opted to buy an EVGA power supply and replace it myself. Thankful that my husband worked in IT for 35 years! Only junk power supplies go bad that fast. It runs great now. The video card is a Gigabyte RTX 3070ti and it runs great! The liquid cooling keeps the CPU cooler than just fans. I wish I had more options for LED lighting on the fans (just a few preset colors), but it’s fine. Plenty of inputs for all of my peripherals. Great PC except the power supply.

Arrived today. Running smooth. Added 32 more Gigs of Ram and its smooth sailing. Got a great price on it, might as well spend the extra 80 bucks for more ram and pop it in there. !!!! Its my first gaming and video editing computer. Love it!!

Ordered a Ryzen 5700G + 3070 TI system. Everything works great, though the fan lights needed to be manually connected to the motherboard and daughterboard, and there was no documentation about how to do this.

PC runs great, however it does have minor heating issues. If you're buying this i'd recommend you add a few extra case fans up top to dispel the hot air that bottles up in the case.

The price was amazing for the things that are inside. Came in perfect condition and I've never had a problem. Even came a day early.
