    The PC was broken when i Received and Best buy didn't help that much, Cyberpower was able to fix my problem and now it works as intended.

    I ordered my pc and set it up on my first day it started to lag and then it randomly turned off i went to turn it back on and it would not so i took it to customer support and they say it will cost me 100 just to look at it and to replace the part it would cost 200-400+ just to fix depending (i have warrenty) also do not put warrenty on this piece of junk as it does not pay for "geek squad"bottom line DO NOT BUY its too good to be true

    The esthetics of CyberPower PC is quite pleasing. However, this is a new pre-built PC and I've started to notice some quirks with it. When playing games, I've notice it get hot to the touch. No actual issues came up but it is a concern. Another issue I noticed recently, is when opening Call of Duty. Upon opening COD a random green screen would show on my display. Never did that before until a couple of weeks ago. As of now its working, if things change I will update this post .

    Bricked gpu pc overall decent

    Ive returned 2 already because of no signal on 2 tvs and one monitor waiting on the next one in the mail and if it doesnt work im just going to build something, geek squad says their too busy too look at the pc

    My graphics card was also DOA. I powered on the computer and everything turned on besides a video output to my monitor. I then saw the other review saying that they ran into the same problem as I was getting and decided to return my product and build my own. The time I received my order was very quick and packaging was done appropriate. Only reason I didn't give a one star.

    Extreme Coil Whine, even after getting a replacement. Extremely disappointed with CyperPowerPC. I've had this computer replace twice, and both times there has been coil whine in the PSU. It makes a really high pitched noise that will give a headache after a while. Do not buy.

    Opened up and got everything hooked up only to find that it was DOA. The fans and graphics card lit up, but the motherboard was dead. It gave no signal to my monitor from both the GPU and the HDMI port on the motherboard. Checked with multiple cables. The mouse and keyboard wouldn't even light up either when plugged into the motherboard.

    Only half the lights light up and there is no signal coming from the computer. Graphics card is dead. Dead on Arrival.

    Graphics card DOA. I hooked it all up and was getting nothing on the screen. I checked the setting, unplugged the graphics card from the power and the motherboard, and plugged the monitor into the motherboard. Booted right to Windows. Put the video card back in and nothing. It lights up and fans spin, but I don't get any video output from any port on the graphics card. I give it 2 stars only for quick shipping and nice packaging.

    READ THIS BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME: If the option to rate this product at a zero was available, that would be the rating. This product is a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT purchase this item. Here’s why: I purchased this item as a gift and after assembling and preparing for the use of this computer we discovered an issue with the graphics card. We called the manufacturer to troubleshoot and it was interesting how quickly the representative was able to diagnose the issue. My assumption is that it was a known issue. I gave the product the benefit of the doubt and thought it was just my luck with one bad item out the batch. I was wrong!! I ordered anyone as an exchange and the second one had the exact same issue. It appears they are selling PCs with defected grafics cards. I’m extremely embarrassed that I purchased a defective item twice and toyed with someone’s emotions for their birthday TWICE!
