This is my first gaming computer and it has been working excellent. I haven't had any problems. Its really fast and powerful. I had a situation with one of the fans missing and Cyberpower responded and will send me a free fan. So far, I'm pleased with the computer and the service received from this company.

"My first Pc and I am overall very satisfied my only gripe would be that the instructions on how to remove the glass were telling me to remove screws even though all I needed to do was swing it open leaving some confusion and it came with a mouse and keyboard which wasn't entirely clear when I purchased it so bought my own but aside from that the pc itself runs great set up was simple aside from the instruction issue overall if its in your price range I would recommend the Pc

I am very technologically illiterate so I can’t speak for the specifics of how this pc works, so I’ll just speak for what I’ve personally used it for. I play a lot of games that need a powerful pc, namely games with high graphical detail and/or fast response times. This pc meets those needs very well. For a specific example: on my previous pc I couldn’t even launch Marvel Rivals without it overheating immediately. With this one, I can suck at the game for hours on end! Another small plus is the amount of USB ports on it. They come in handy a lot so it’s useful to have a bunch of them. One thing to be aware of with them though: they don’t charge whatever is connected to them when the pc is shut down. The accessories that come with it are nice. I hate mice that have 50 buttons on them and are super clunky and awkward to use, so I appreciate that this one is streamlined and comfortable while still offering some buttons for customization. The keyboard is also good quality. One major downside is that it is pretty loud. For casual usage it’s fine, but for any intense or long-term usage it can get kinda annoying, however this is only really a problem if you’re using speakers. I use regular, non-noise cancelling headphones and those are enough to cancel out the sound, but if you plan on using speakers I would reconsider. Another criticism is the build itself. From the exterior through the glass everything is in order and correctly assembled, but the interior is a mess! I don’t know if I simply got a faulty product or if whoever/whatever constructed it didn’t care about wiring, but geez even I could tell it was insane. If you plan on doing any alterations or customization on it, you have a lot of work to do to just figure what’s going on back there! I’ve provided a picture of what it looks like, though keep in mind thats’s what it looks like after I tried to organize it to the best of my ability. It was originally much worse. All in all, it works just fine for what I want from a pc. It does everything I need it to very well. I could imagine its downsides deterring others, but they don’t really affect me personally. I’m my opinion it’s a great pc, just be aware of the downsides beforehand.

The pc functions fine however it is very loud. You can constantly hear the fans in the case running. When you look at pcs in store they are almost completely silent, this one makes a lot of noise.
