    Fantastic rig. I've been running Unreal 5 without issues. RPG gaming is smooth, never pop when racing in GTA.

    Got it on sale - $2050 after taxes, which is an excellent deal for the parts, but had to put hours into trying to resolve driver issues with the graphics card, frequent crashes, and never found a fix. No overclocking, no upgrades. Continuously running into errors with windows being unable to load drivers. It looks like they shipped me a Graphics card that lasted just long enough to survive the 15 day return period.

    Cheap Motherboard - Do Not Buy

    The original one I ordered powered off after one minute. After doing an exchange, the second one is not displaying video. Note that each desktop came with a different motherboard than the one they claim in the questions section. Avoid this PC and CyberPower in general.

    I bought two of these PCs, the first one came in and couldn't connect to either one of my monitors, all of the ports didn't work I thought it was my mouse and keyboard glitching out but I tried to connect my phone charger to charge my phone and it still didn't work so I returned it the same day it came in. The second pc came in and was working fine for about the first three weeks. However, during the fourth week of using the second PC, it started to shut down on me out of the blue, I tried turning it back on but it didn't work. I had to take out the RAM from inside and plug it back in and it worked. Although the next day the same problem happened four times so the problem persist.

    Bought twice, both broke

    First one the monitor wouldnt even display because of a dead GPU and the 2nd one also has GPU issues with windows not recognizing it after playing it for a day. Returning tomorrow when they open

    This is very poor quality. I’m very disappointed. I’ve wanted to upgrade from my iBuyPower for a while, no complaints it was just outdated. I read reviews and the parts seemed to be good quality from the description. The sale price is what finally made me decide to buy. This had frequent black screens and would power off randomly. A week after the sale, negative reviews are popping up everywhere. I can see why this was $1,000-off. CyberPower is commenting on every negative review. Save your time and money.

    Purchased this while it was on sale for 1k off normal price, thought we were getting a deal. Machine actually worked great for one day then would shut down about 10 seconds after booting it. We couldn't even clear the hard drive before having to take it back. Did not exchange but just returned it and am building my own PC.

    Spent 2k on this, to get it out of the box and it not work. First time PC buyer and now I’m wishing I would of stuck to console. Less stress. You shouldn’t pay 2k and have to stress if the product is going to work or not.

    GRAPHICS CARD CONFLICT WITH WINDOWS

    ISSUES WITH AMD RADEON RX 6800 XT GRAPHICS CARD. DOES NOT WORK ON WINDOWS 10 OR 11. EVERY TIME WE UPDATE THE DRIVER, KEEPS REVERTING TO INCOMPATIBLE DRIVER. WINDOWS AND AMD CONFLICT. ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED. SO FRUSTRATED BECAUSE BOUGHT NEW COMPUTER AND START OFF WITH ISSUES.

    I have 2 of these at my place. The first one did not display video to my HDMI monitor so Best Buy sent another and it had the same issue. Talked with Cyberpower and they did have any suggestions as well. Bought it on sale for $1799.00 going to get my money back just disappointed that I wasted so much time for nothing.
