This is my first ever gaming PC and I've had it for about a week now. It runs like a beaut! I highly recommend this product. It doesn't run too hot and airflow is really nice when I play games. The fans are super quiet on this thing. It's insane. The colors on it are beautiful and definitely hoping to upgrade the RAM and SSD someday. It runs everything so smooth and with ease. Warning if you play valorant: I was downloading the game to play with a friend and it gave me the 'VAN 1067' error trying to boot it up. Windows 11 is what this PC uses and what that means is that it doesn't have Secure Boot or TPM. You will have to code it in and/or go into the programming on the PC to get it to work. I haven't done it yet because it's a game that I would only play once or twice with friends so it's not that big of a deal to me right now. All in all, it runs everything else with ease! I've had no problems with it at all. I highly recommend. It's a really great starter PC!

Setup was very easy. Plug and play. Been running for 48 hours now. very very quiet. runs very smooth and fast. only down part is that ssd slots are hard to get to for when adding/replacing

This was an awesome purchase. I caught this bundle during black friday I am always weary when it comes to prebuilts. This was well packaged for the delivery. Nothing broken or dethatched during transport from California. They accomplished in securing me as a customer. Thank you guys forreal!

Great computer, I use it for Unreal engine and Gaming. I get over 60FPS for Graphic heavy games like Elden Ring, Hogwarts Legacy and BF2042. Works great with Unreal engine. You will need to buy a more fans to keep the heat down.

The computer runs excellent there are 2 reasons I gave it a 3 star. the first is that the computer came with dents in the front part of the chassis. The computer itself wasn't damaged and it still works perfectly but this is unprofesional and after spending so much, it was a little upsetting and I would have given it a 4 star if it had not come with some dents in it. the reason I say 4 stars and not 5 is because I had to replace the RAM for smoother performance and added an additional 3 fans. But other than that the computer is great.

I would recommend to consider building a pc by yourself instead of buying this if you feel capable of. The computer is good but had to change some components that gave me problems, especially the power supply.

After 1 month of use and an upgrade of the RAM this PC is a beast on a machine. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I had to purchase additional ram, the pc memory was running on 75% on top tier games. Also I added 2 fans on the top and will have to add 3 more for the front panel. I wish There was a detail list of what was in the PC other than just the limited list on Bestbuy.

Was such easy setup. Very quiet. love the liquid cooling system. Lighting is very cool.

amazing machine, had good packaging and was easy to setup.i only have one issue and that is one of my fans is super loud like it has a loud squeakiness to it. i just unplugged the fan and it works fine.
