So far it’s out performing a lot of my old spec on my pc but the 4070 to super graphics is a great card loving the speed of the computer honestly genuinely a great gaming rig

Im a first time pc buyer, so I didn't want to do a custom built to save myself some trouble. I was looking forward to a moderately trouble-free installation and setup, but it was anything but. I had read several cyberpower reviews for different cyberpower pcs and the consensus really seems to be split down the middle, with 50% of people either praising or cursing their products. If anybody comes across this review please REALLY consider whether or not you want to shell out 2 grand for a product that may not even work. My pc obviously wasn't factory reset before they put it in a box and shipped it out, so I had to deal with the "defaultuser0" login issue. There is no password for this login, and the pc would NOT fully wipe itself when I went into the internal troubleshooting menu, it cancelled the process halfway through 3 times. I had to manually install windows 11 on a flash drive to install the software (one problem I was hoping to avoid with a prebuilt, so thanks for that!) I should also note that the key that they provide to install the software didn't do anything, I'm assuming because it wasn't reset properly before sale. After 2 tries, I was able to successfully install windows 11 (but not before many, MANY, blue screens with various errors, so obviously there was a problem with the power supply or motherboard or processor or whatever, who knows). After also installing all my drivers, it continued to blue screen after I downloaded steam and discord. Eventually, it stopped allowing me to even login because it would just blue screen on a loop. I didn't touch anything inside the pc, and I had checked several times up til this point to make sure everything was plugged in correctly. I gave up after 6 hours of trying to troubleshoot and reach out to cyberpower tech support (completely useless by the way). The following day, I tried again a few more times (wiped the pc, reinstalled windows, reinstalled my drivers, just tried downloading 1 thing at a time even though this pc should supposedly be a beast), no luck. It worked for a solid hour before it wouldn't even open my email without blue screening (again, different error everytime, so something is not installed correctly). I later learned that cyberpower uses really cheap parts for their pcs, so maybe this is why my 2300$ worked for only an hour before I ultimately returned it. I will NOT buy from this brand again. If you choose to buy from this brand, I hope you've got some more pc knowledge than I do, because I was not anticipating spending a collective 10 hours trying to get a PREBUILT to function.

This is my replacement i gpt for the 14700k 4070 Ti version of this build that i had to return due to terrible stuttering, this one is giving me codes immediately and takes 5 minutes to boot. Im returbing, never buying anythjng from this brand again. Two computers in a week ice had to return from this company. Also they cheaped out and got the absolute slowest possible “gen 4” ssd possible, msi m450 with 3200 read write speeds which is literally 3rd gen speeds. Then the ram is CL38, its not listed anywhere either. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. At least best buy has amaxing return policy.

I've had no problems with mine great price and even priced all parts out came to bout the same price fan noise is alittle louder than normal, but u can slow them down a bit in the settings.

Had this desktop for a few weeks. Still putting it through the rounds, though seems to be going well so far. Will note that the fans run a dash loud, but with how big it it, suppose that's to be expected. At this time, appears to work well and suits my needs.
