Honestly, the case is outstanding, it looks insane in person, its small as well and doesn't take a lot of space. The keyboard that also comes with this computer is fire. No cap, you should buy this if you wanna become a pro.

If you were doubting this build due to a lower price compared to other similar builds. Dont! It comes with an Asus Prime MB 1000W Evga gold PS. The only place they skimped to save cost was the ram. But you can see its not heatsinked in the stock photo. The GPU is an Asus TUF and the case isnt as ugly like pictured. The front looks better in person. Compared to the CLX PC with similar yet weaker 7900x CPU, this build comes in 300 cheaper with the same parts and better PS unit. Oh also the cpu water cooler is mounted up top vs how the stock photo looks. I call that a plus. So you have two more fans that photographed in stock photos.

This was a great purchase, it had everything I was looking to get in an upgrade from my old gaming rig. it worked righty out of the box without any issue. Set up was easy and no bloatware. Runs all my game at max settings with great FPS.

I have never bought a pre-built machine before. I'm very picky about components. But this was an exception because it has some good components and some great components. The good, the RAM and the SSD are Kingston, a little on the budget side. The GPU is unbranded, but RivaTuner identifies it as an Asus - a go to brand for me in GPU's. It has an X670-P WiFi motherboard. Not top of the line, but a solid board. 1000 watt Power Supply - and the 7950X Ryzen - which is just blazing fast. No bloatware, only the Asus utilities. This is very similar to what I would have built - and cost less than the parts individually. I recommend it

The CyberPower PC is where it's at. You won't find these specs anywhere else for this price. 1000w Gold PS, 7950x AMD Ryzen 9 and 4080 Nvidia GPU for 3k is unheard of. Look around, it's over 4k everywhere else...if you can find the 4080.

Only giving two stars due to the value and the idea of this PC if it were to work. I had to return this PC due to unexplainable crashing and repurchase another, and then return that because the replacement had a blue screen right out of the box. The build was absolutely inconsistent. I understand that different brand components may be used so that’s not a big deal, but the wiring was so very sloppy. In the first PC, the wires for the GPU were fed through a hole to the power supply through the bottom. The second, they were routed up and through another space and it looked awful. The extra cords for the AIO were very visible and not appealing on either. Opening the back panel to peek inside was disappointing due to the birds nest of wires crammed into what, in my opinion, is a case that is too narrow and too small for the components. The reason I feel as though the case is too narrow is due to the GPU. The 4080 is a huge card and the new design has the PCIe cords attached on the side. Nvidia already released a big statement about how power supply cords being installed at odd angles or bent too close to the connection point can cause the pins in the cord to shift. I’m not trying to deal with melted cords or a flaming GPU, and I think a wider case would prevent that. Additionally, upon bringing my first tower in for troubleshooting, it was pointed out that the power supply cords spliced from a three to a two cord connection, which is apparently not good for the card at all. I understand that different power supply cords come with different units, but if there is a compatibility issue there should be a different route taken. The PCs were really not bad looking in person. Shipping was fine and any time I spoke to a cyberpowerpc rep I got through surprisingly fast. I’m just not willing to wait for RMA after RMA request, nor am I willing to send my PC in for a long period of time while I wait. Especially because in addition to my gaming hobby, my PC is what we use for homeschooling. The less time waiting to get a working one, the better. This is a manufacturer issue and not one with Best Buy. GeekSquad and Best Buy both have been incredible throughout this process. I am taking this as a sign to spend the little bit extra to build my own PC to ensure that the cord management is up to par and to be certain that the tower is appropriately sized.

I’m sure it would’ve been good, but it was a faulty product, had to end up returning it. It’s a gamble to buy a pre built and see if they will work. Be prepared to possibly return. To save time, pick up at store and ask if you can test if it runs properly before you take it home.
