This is the second time I'm buying this PC the first time it had a defective graphics card with green lines on the screen. This second time it came with the RTX 3070 Vision.

got it shipped to the store and picked it up myself. was in great condition and packaged securely. Exactly what I was expecting!

Great Pc have only just opened it but can tell that this thing is going to be a beast. So far no problems and no broken GPU lool

Awesome! Everything works perfectly and looks great. Easy to set up. Added to curved monitors and to WD Black SSD. Love it!

Dead GPU right out of the box. Third one from BB and 2nd one from CyberpowerPC (other one was an alienware) with a faulty 3070 in it. Getting tired of rolling the dice & running back and forth between stores just to get a system that works.

It’s not ok for CYBERPOWER to advertise a PC with a 3070 and then deliver a 3070 LHR card instead. You need to disclose that. BEST BUY IS NOT TO BLAME in any way whatsoever. They were extremely helpful at resolving this issue. That’s like getting a 3070 TI PC specifically for its gaming edge and then get a regular 3070. ‘It’s based on market availability’ - CYBERPOWER was unwilling to admit any fault in this aka they plan to continue tricking people.

Worked fine out of the box, but then when I loaded up a game it shut itself off and won't turn back on. it was the last one before they sold out so now I won't be having a gaming PC. Really disappointed.

The GPU I received was defective and caused major graphical issues. Glad I bought it from BestBuy so it could easily be returned.

Bought this for my sons B day and the internal memory was full. This was not new then I can’t Find another one Absolutely horrible!!!!!
