Got a premade desktop from CyberPowerPC with an 11700KF and a 3070ti. Thought I would get a substandard motherboard and case but was pleasantly surprised with a nice ASRock Z590 motherboard and a great case. Honestly way better than I was expecting all around. The computer showed up with a broken pump for the water cooling, but I'm reluctant to take off a star as it probably occurred in shipping and the computer was very well packaged. The memory was slower than I expected from a modern machine at 2666 but the performance impact of it on the system is negligible so not a huge deal. As far as the pump is concerned, I called their tech support and the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable and was quick to offer an exchange for either the computer or just the part. He also talked with me through the problem and clearly knew what he was doing. In this world of terrible tech support I found this quite refreshing and they get an A++. Overall I would totally recommend this company and would buy from them again. They stand by their products and I have a computer that I'm extremely happy with.

I would leave a 5 star review but the computer came with the fans not working and basically fried the CPU. Returned it the next day and having a new one shipped to me so hopefully this new one actually works. You would think Cyberpower would test their PCs before selling them…

Ordered their Gamer Supreme Desktop from Best Buy with the I-7 11700F and GeForce RTX 3070ti. It has ran with no issues at all and shows well on all benchmark tests. If I am nit picking the PSU makes a small whine that is only noticeable with no headset on. Other than that i have no complaints. Thank you!

build quality was surprisingly decent, nothing bent dented or scraped. xmp 1 was enabled on the bios from factory and i accidently enabled bios cpu OC and was getting BSOD all over the place. however i disabled this setting in bios and it hasn't done it since so far. we will see how it goes i will update.

I have had this PC for 18 months. Like a lot of users claimed, the GPU died! Luckily I added the 3 year warranty. Now the problem is with "Best Buy". Can't get a schedule for 9 days.

The power supply went out in less than two months, and I was refused a return. I have since had to buy a new power supply and more fans because the cooling on this product is horrible. The performance is excellent, but the cooling kills it. I purchased and installed Noctua Fans just for it to hit a mediocre 75-85C. Not very good. I would stay away from this one and look at another prebuilt or build your own. Sometimes, it feels like the liquid cooling does not even exist. I regret my purchase.

Im so happy with this new pc, the pc arrive faster in perfect conditions, great building for gaming and apps for architecture. the components are great for the price

This Pc has been more than capable with everything i have thrown at it gaming at 4k @60fps only cyberpunk with extreme raytraced settings was able to bring me down to 50fps, Temps Are on point also don't listen to these negative reviews, Quality Components used for build also, Very impressed would buy again!

Very quick and easy setup, windows set up was fast and simple, and the PC runs very fast and smoothly. I have been told by many other people. What am I hearing from a lot of other customers who have purchased this is to purchase CPU cooler to prevent overheating and extend the CPU's lifespan. Other than that, no problems so far and I've very happy with it.

This is an amazing PC with an i7-117000KF along with a MSI rtx 3070 TI and liquid cooling. This came with an Asrock z590 motherboard with build in wifi. This PC ran perfectly with windows 11 right out of the box! Build quality is exceptional! Everything was packaged well for shipping. Would definitely buy from CyberPowerPC again!

the absolute best for your moneys worth. I had gotten this pc on sale at 300$ off and It was a genuine steal at that point but even at full price its a perfectly priced gaming rig. runs anything I need in 1440p 60fps even while streaming.

Just received this PC today. So far loving this PC! Great build for gaming and streaming. Product was shipped two days earlier than arrival which is awesome. One difficulty I had was removing the packaging foam/material that they placed inside the tower. Other than that everything was perfect.

Very good, only problem is it need more fans, other than that it’s great, plus the mouse it comes with was way better than I expected.

With the reseller market the way it is, I knew my odds of building my own PC and getting the video card I wanted was slim, so I did my research on prebuilt systems - from reading other reviews on reddit and various retailer sights, to talking to fellow gamers, and the consensus was that CyberPower PCs are the best of the batch. My old system was struggling to keep up with modern games, so I pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier. I get a consistent 144 fps in games like Destiny 2 and Warzone, and I can't wait to take full advantage of the VR Capabilities of the new system. CyberPower has put together an amazing product that certainly reflects the quality and craftsmanship that their many years in the prebuilt industry has built up. When it comes time to upgrade again in a few years, I'll certainly be back to shop from them again.

Pc arrived on time with zero issues. Cyber power and best buy came through with a solid build for once.

So far amazing, I got a MSI 3070Ti so I was very happy about that as I have a mag 32 monitor to pair it with. I got VulcanZ T-force memory and an Asrock motherboard. Cooler master water pump and fan overall very happy with this build!

Nice specs but cooling negligence. There are better options for the price on the BB app right now.

I bought a new desktop with a 3080 and I don't think I will ever build my own PC again. CyberPower did a great job of cable management and the price was less than if I had done it myself. Can't go wrong here.

I love my Cyberpower PC. Works great and is currently much cheaper than building in todays current market. It looks great and unless you know exactly what you're looking at no one would ever tell its a prebuilt.

I love this PC from CyberPowerPC. I bought two previous ones for my nephews and now upgraded mine. There are only 2 fans in the front acting as intake. There is 1 fan on the back for exhaust. So I have added 3 more 120mm fans on top and 1 more in the front. Now my PC is at the perfect temperature. There are also plenty of spaces inside for airflows. I would recommend this to anyone.
