PC was in good condition and packaging was secure when opened. Powered on PC and set-up was easy. Put this PC through its paces, running 4 monitors @1080p resolution, while streaming, rendering a video, running a powerpoint and transferring a file from one PC to another. It had no issues at all. Very pleased with the cooling of the tower, and the quietness of the case. Lights are a good touch too, adds good environment to my office.

Great computer. It goes fast. Much better than my previous 9 year old computer. I like the fancy colors.

I ordered this computer from Best Buys website. It was on sale at the time. Delivery was fast, it showed up a day early which I very much appreciated. The system runs well and since it is mostly liquid cooled it is quieter than the fans only computers I have had in the past. I dinged them one star for value because the sale ended, but I would still recommend this as a good option for anyone in need of a new gaming desktop.

Only had it for about 4 days now but am in love with running system. Does seem to heat up a bit quick

Very good gaming pc for steamers u may want to change the cooling but pretty good.

Terrible experience. PC was dead on arrival. Ran terrible, overheating. Customer support said it was a bad power supply, or graphics card. They said its under warranty so i should send it back to them in California to be worked on. ( I live in TN) After researching myself the cpu cooler/fan was inoperable. Overall complete waste of time. Took it back to bestbuy for a refund and ordered the HP Omen 35L. It works flawlessly.

Finally was able to get my 30 series and this pre built pc is amazing so far it runs smooth.

pc is up and running. no issues. packaging inside the pc was a bit difficult to get out.

Better than I expected. Compared to my old pc, this was so quiet, I thought "Oh no what's wrong with it". I also enjoy how easy it is to take apart, how cool my room stays compared to the heat my old pc put off, and how easy/clean the cable storage system is. Adding my extra SSD's was quick and easy especially since the pc came with two extra cables for them. Would definitely recommend this :)

So far the PC functions exactly the way I would want it to. I have not had any issues with the software or hardware. It is aesthetically pleasing and keeps up with my hardcore PC gaming buddies.

Bought this PC for my daughter as a graduation gift. Good PC for the price, aside from a few needed additions such as additional memory and hard drive space that can be added later. PC comes well packaged and minimal assembly required (wifi antennas). Directions made for easy set up.

Works smooth! Had some trouble booting due to it having a messed up hard drive. But everything else has been smooth with it and i am happy with my purchase!

This product seems great when you look at the specs but it over heats alot. Tried to play warzone on medium settings and i got a solid 30 minutes before the game force closes and the Temps get pretty high. Tried to play again 3 times and same issue happened. Reset computer and now the screen stays blank. Returning this thing asap
