Bought my monitor and pc together and I liked the easy set up. I love how easy it is to change the colors on the fan. It is a perfect size as I have it set up on top of my desk and it doesn't take up a lot of space which I like because it still leaves me ample space.

Came early and better looking than I expected but I wish the fan lights transitioned more smoothly when changing colors.

Received unit with mouse and keyboard boxes ripped open and a ziploc bag that held the mobo accessories in. The ziploc bag was ripped. At first I thought it was a return, but it seemed very well packed. I plugged it in and immediately heard loud clicking. Part of the PSU cable (6 pin adapter) was stuck in the GPU fan. The 8pin on the cable was plugged into the GPU and the 6 pin was hanging off and stuck. This PC was either never booted or it occurred during wire management when assembled. I popped off the side of the case and removed the PSU cable adapter from the GPU fan. Regardless, system never booted afterwards and sent it back for a refund about 15 minutes after it arrived at my house.

Overall it's good just kind of hard to get a hold of the manufacturer have a few questions

This PC is amazing. all the parts are put together masterfully and the cord management is on point. also the customer support for CyberPower is just un beatable.

This was a Christmas gift for our children and they absolutely love it. Runs great and has awesome color combinations. Very fast speed with their games and highly enjoyable. Great purchase.

I got this as my first PC a few weeks ago and it's been holding up great for the gaming I've been doing. Ultra graphics on games such as modded Skyrim, Dark Souls 3, and Red Dead Redemption 2.

Purchased my CyberPower computer (i7-11700KF), 16 GB, NVIDIA RTX 3070Ti. Runs Microsoft Flight Sim on VR perfectly. Could not be happier with the support that I received from Best Buy.

Computer came extremely fast looks great runs great no issues at all runs QUIET, will update in a week to see if I have any issues

Definitely would NOT recommend this PC... the graphics card! It blew out RIGHT after the return period had ended (literally, three days after). Took the PC to a trusted, third party repair shop because the PC would not display/rendered an error message stating that no signal was coming from any of the HDMI ports or the DisplayPort. Shop inspected the PC and said that the GPU was dead... $1,400 just to replace the GPU!!! It was a birthday present for my son and he is crushed. First and late time we buy a CyberPowerPC.

Just started using the computer for a couple of days, so far so good, needed to upgrade from my dinosaur computer. This PC made my team and I the king of peaks. IYKYK.

Worth the buy. first pc and have nothing to complain about

have had my new Pc for about a month now , only issue I have had is it didn't come with m.2 standoff for when i put in a new ssd

It's a great pc that gets the job done. didn't like the cheap keyboard and mouse, wish it never even came with it.

Came on time and in perfect condition, pretty much plug in and power on after you take out the protective foam inside.

Sorry to say but, this item was returned. It failed to turn on at first attempts due to a suspect bad switch and the video lasted a mear second - no video! Just a flash on the screen was all I saw. There was also visible damage to the back of the case by power switch that visible upon unpackaging and was reported to the store where I purchased and returned. Too bad. My last Cyber Pc was great until the video quit also.

This was my first gaming pc I have owned. Shipped to the house, box was in good condition packing was nice and secure. I attempted to start up the PC but would not get a display on my monitor. Checked all connections, removed graphics card and ram and reinstalled (after speaking with tech support). Still nothing, did the CMS reset, nothing come to find out they do not test the computers when they are assembled. Returned to the store and ordered a different computer.

Amazing Build and Easy to set up. Has ran all of my games with amazing graphics. Def recommend

Seriously wanted this to work out for me but it couldn’t handle anything I played. Overheating with the simplest of games (like deep rock galactic!) even after putting in more fans. I tried countless other things and could not get this PC to work without temps rising to 90 degrees CELSIUS. Extremely disappointed with this PC. I do not recommend. Best Buy was a great help luckily so no complaints about Best Buy.
