    Very happy with my purchase. Was going to build a similar system direct through NZXT but it was more expensive and took 3 weeks. System was very easy to setup and already upgraded the ssd! Very happy with the quality snd components.

    Best price found anywhere for this new 2022 release. In stock and quick ship. Best performance for the $ and even came with RAM with higher specs than advertised. Quality you’d expect from this manufacturer.

    Shipped super fast and came with an EVGA XC3 3070. Right out of the box it was incredibly loud. Unfortunately, one of the three fans in the GPU was faulty causing it to run at 100%. It’s also sold out now. Overall disappointed.

    about half the year the pc was working great; then after, it would constantly crash & freeze on any game

    Overheated from day one! This is a know issue with this unit and Best Buy was aware of it before they sold it to us! Unfortunately, I was NOT aware of this issue until after it was experienced one day one after set up.

    This PC was plug and play for me. I didnt have any issues except forgetting to screw on the wifi antennas hah!

    Broken GPU

    I order this PC and within two days it was already at my house. But when I plugged it in and tried to use green lines started to appear all over the screen. It then would not boot windows up correctly so I had to change things in the bios to make it even boot into the windows setup mode. After getting it set up I went into the device manager to make sure that all the components were working which most were beside the Graphics Card. The graphics card was giving me an error and everything I did to try and fix it did not work to make it work and make the green lines go away.

    Bad Graphics Card

    Also received a unit with a bad graphics card. Since sold out online I will have to wait for new card to be shipped to me by cyberpower. Seems like a high defect rate based on other reviews but will update my review once I get a new card

    Video card went bad within a week. Artifacts, monitor(s) turning off randomly. It was also rebooting after around 5 minuets of use by the end, so there may have been additional bad components.

    Price is fair considering the high GPU prices right now. Boots up and runs great. No setup issues. My unit did not come with a remote to control the RGB fan lights. I called customer support and they said it was supposed to come with a remote. They will be sending me the missing remote.

    Purchased on sale from Best Buy. I'm not easily impressed but the speed of shipping (arrived 3 days early) and the fact that it even came with accessories like the mouse and keyboard and cables that weren't even mentioned on the webpage were a bonus that had me greatly impressed.

    Green lines all over screen

    Just picked up this pc in store, took it home and followed all the instructions. When i got it powered on there were green lines all over my screen. Looking at other reviews and doing research online i guess its something wrong with the gpu. Very disappointing. Will need a replacement.
