I picked up this PC in Jan 2023. By February the PC was randomly shutting down. Like an emergency power-down and the fans all went into hyper mode. I opened a ticket with Cyperpower. I monitored the PC for the next few weeks trying to determine the root cause (core temp monitoring, stress testing apps, etc). I could not find an obvious cause. I did as much "don't void the warranty" work that I was willing/able to do. The issue started happening more frequently once it started. It may stop for a few days, but then it would ramp up again. I moved the PC to the middle of the floor to make sure it had no excuse for restricted air flow. For warranty work I *HAD TO SHIP THE PC BACK AT MY OWN COST*...that was ~$172 with insurance! I was not amused. I had the PC back in a couple of weeks. In early May the issue started up again. This time CP did pay for the shipping. My PC was out for about a month. I got my PC back last week. So far so good. If I go out past 2 months without an issue (seemed to take about 6 weeks to manifest both times) I will start to believe the problem is truly resolved. Other than a power supply being listed on the return shipping invoice no "determined cause" or "repair steps" were communicated. So either I got 2 bum power supplies, or that is what was generically listed on the documentation. The PC works great when it is working, no real complaints there. I understand I'm probably (hopefully) a rare warranty case. I also can say I'm pretty sure the problem is "subtle"...I really could not find a cause-and-effect trigger for the problem. No red waving flags or low hanging fruit for trouble shooting. The communication with the warranty team was good. I'm most annoyed that CP doesn't stand behind it's product enough to cover ALL of the shipping costs for warranty issues.

This computer comes with a Gigabyte motherboard but Gigabyte denies this and will not help with any questions or trouble shooting if needed.

This CyberPower PC is a great deal at $1599.99. You get the latest i7 13700KF processor, 5.4 gigahertz. The ram is DDR5, 4800 megahertz. The cooling system is liquid cooling with 5 fans. The fans are very quiet. When I received my pc, I checked all cable connections. I found 2 connections that were not fully connected. The pc comes with a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, it's pretty good. The case has alot of room in it, to add more things to it.

Great price for a great computer. I have been looking for a good gaming computer that will also work for my business needs. This is everything I needed. So quiet and efficient

Much like the most recent reviews, my experience has pretty much mirrored these latest reviews regarding video card issues. I ordered 1, and it came with the little packing envelope to hold the video card in place had exploded inside the case and the expanding foam had gunked up everything. Easy replace through Bestbuy, and another 2 weeks later the replacement came. Brought it home and had green lines all over my screen, with an error code 43 in the device manager, nothing i did could fix the issue, so returned it again, this time for a refund. I still may try again once the refund comes in, due to this being a good deal, and bestbuy's return policy being what it is, but if it happens again, that will be a wrap for me on this system. Will update my review if i buy another system.

Quality Pc very fast and runs extremely smooth and very attractive design! very fast shipping and love the keyboard and mouse.

I have had this PC for a month it has been through its fair share already it is the best thing i have knvested into, but the cable management in the back could be a little better

Received this PC in and it looked great. Plugged it up that night and had horizontal green lines all over the monitor. After multiple troubleshooting attempts determined it was a grounding issue with the graphics card (The whole case would shock you). returned it the next morning for another new one, will be 2 weeks before it’s arrival. Will update review if that product actually works.

Just bought this PC started it yesterday and green lines in monitor. Checked display drive, error message on GPU. It was broken from the factory. I would not recommend purchasing, nothing but a headache!
