I couldn't find a 3080 anywhere and I wanted a new PC anyway so I got this bad boy. Top of the line cpu and top of the line graphics card! Heck yeah! Pros: great cpu and video card. cabling was awesome rbg's are cool (hardware managed not software) Parts are actually pretty solid all things considered Cons: you really shouldn't be cooling a 10900k with a single fan aio. I know there are two fans working on it but man.... the intakes on the side of it were exhausts for me. So my heat was crazy because i didn't have any cool air coming into my case. Final Thoughts: Great price, great parts, solid construction. Just a few hiccups that could be changed but at this price point I am not sure if they can change anything.

Although it was supposed to take 10 days to receive, it showed up in 5, which was a nice surprise. The box arrived to the Best Buy store opened and slightly damaged. The tower looked okay though, with the exception of 2 small scratches on the front - roughly 1cm each, so hard to notice. The area where the damage was, was not where the box damage occurred, so it happened while they were putting the computer together. The manager at Best Buy was very helpful and actually refunded me $160 of my purchase price due to the open box and damage. That put me all in at roughly $1,850 with tax. Like others have said, the main 3 components are great, but the misc fans, RAM, cooler, wi-fi card, etc were all low end. Since I saved the $160 from the open box, I used that to replace the RAM with 32gb (16x2) of G.Skill Ripsaw - it's a better brand name and was also DDR4-3600, versus the 3000 Adata trash RAM that was included. My PC came with the following: - ASUS Prime 470V mobo - Gigabyte OC Gaming 3080 Card (their mid-level card) - Adata 16gb (8x2) RAM - replaced as mentioned above. - WD SN550 1tb M2 SSD - Cooler Master AIO (I bought a 360mm NZXT Kraken X73 just in case I want to replace this - monitoring the heat now) - Realtek 88121ce Wi-Fi network card (trash) - I use my home Mesh Network tower anyway - PSU - Haven't opened the back of the case to check. Assume it is the same as other reviews. I haven't had any issues in the first 24 hours of use. I would have posted a higher rating except the RAM, wi-fi and fan/cooler issues mentioned above. I knew these issues when I bought it, so not a surprise and didn't stop me from purchasing it. It's still an excellent deal overall and you would be hard pressed to find a better one going into the holiday season this year. Be prepared to drop an extra $250-$300 to replace bad parts - even with that, it's still worth it so far.

As other reviews have stated, they use what they have. All parts are good quality. This is what was in my Mystery Box: Asus Prime Z490-V motherboard Adata XPG DDR4-3000 ram MSI Ventus 3X 10G OC Video Card (Props to CyberPower!) WD Blue 1TB SN550 SSD Apevia 800W Gold 80 Plus Power Supply Pros: -Top notch CPU and video card -Excellent cabling -Looks good Cons: -The AIO water cooler they used wasn't the best choice. It is just good enough for the CPU but is a bit loud. -Like others said, wonky air flow. All fans were set to exhaust. I took the side fans and made them intakes. I had no real issues with my unit. I would have liked a better CPU cooler and better airflow BUT after turning the 2 side fans around I fired up a game I couldn't play on my old PC at the lowest settings RAGE 2, don't know me for playing it :) I max out every setting and it kept a solid 60fps. The CPU and GPU never got above 70C, butter I tell ya. Overall: Air flow, temps, and sound could be better but it's not something I have to fix. Hard to beat what you get for the price. I would defiantly recommend this PC and CyberPower.

Great prebuilt for the price. However there are some buy beware notes: 1. Motherboard, GPU, and RAM are all random. I have seen multiple reviews and everyone has a different set up. I received an ASUS Z490-V motherboard, and the ASUS TUF Overclocked GPU. With the parts I received I basically got the PC at cost, but I consider myself lucky. 2. Cooling, cooling, cooling. I recommend downloading a CPU temp reader as soon as you set it up. I was hitting 93 degrees running Cold War with the NVidia settings (Ultra). I upgraded the liquid cooling to a corsair H100i and now the system is perfect. Honestly if you can get it this would be a great buy with the getting some upgraded cooling.

Here are the specs for the one I got - Asus Prime Z490 motherboard - Adata XPG ram (16gb) - MSI 3080 Ventus - 800w power supply The pc pushed high 90s/cpu and high 80s/gpu while playing COD MW multiplayer. I checked the fans and mine are sent to exhaust. Reversing them didn't do much. Popped the side panel off and instally dropped temps by 20 degs. I'm planning on switching out the liquid cooler because the one that is in there is doesn't seem like it will tame the 10900K. Overall the build quality and the parts are fantastic but the cooling solution leaves something to be desired. Definitely a buy.

I just got a prebuilt from CyberPower and I order it from Bestbuy, fair price during this critical moment when everywhere the price of RTX 3080 is hype up. It run solid and a bit hot but I can add 2 more fan on top and it will be perfect. The shipping is faster than expectation 1 day. It's really nice when come with Z590 motherboard even not high end one and Gigabyte Gaming OC which is one of my favorite brand.

I’m writing this review to give some perspective and options with a pre-built computer with these specs. Like many other reviews the cooling was very poor out of the box. Games like Warzone and Forza Horizon 4 struggled because the case got so hot my games would crash on high settings. My solution was to spend another 300$ on a Corsair H150i Elitetop cpu cooler, 3 pack 120mm Corsair case cooling fan kit, cpu thermal paste, and a Corsair commander to link the fans up. Install took about 2 hours(never built my own computer but did a lot of research and took my time) and everything turned out amazing. Cooling is no longer an issue when I play games like Warzone and Forza on ultra settings for hours on end. Case barely gets warm if at all. My only complaint is that the fans are louder than the stock ones when the headphones are off but not too bad. Conclusion: This computer has a 3080 and i9 with inadequate cooling but it is also at a very low price compared to other builds with similar or worse specs. If you don’t play computer intense games like Warzone it will run perfectly fine as is for hours on end (League of legends). If you want to play intense gpu or cpu games and use the 3080 and i9 to its full potential you will need to make the necessary changes or play 1hr or less at a time. FULL DISCLOSURE: Any changes to cooling can void the Best Buy return policy.

So I would say for what you pay for this deal isn't bad at all. Granted the parts you get are a mystery you are still garanteed a 3080 and an i9-10900k. I bought this knowing I'd have to swap out the cooling and fans as well. So it's a prebuilt I could only recommend to someone who knows how to (or has friends that can) install a new AIO cooler and fans. Opening up the back the cable management was fantastic as well as the internals. The parts I got were Asus Prime Z490-V Intel i9-10900k Gigabyte 3080 OC 2x 8GB Ram Cooler Master 120mm Liquid cooler Cyberpower fans x3 And 1tb ssd pcie Overall for the price it's not bad and upgrading and fine tuning is always an option.

Yeah, there's a problem with the cooling, as pretty much everybody said before me, but I knew what I was getting into when I bought this PC. Straight out of the box, everything was looking good, save for a dent in the case, due to transportation (the box had a big dent too). No biggie, since it's in the back and nobody will see it. Then, as soon as removed the foam protecting the GPU I was SUPER HAPPY. I got the EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra, which is the GPU I wanted to get since the 3080 came out. That's AWESOME!! Then, I right away replaced the original 120 AIO for a 360 Corsair AIO. The case is big enough to fit easily the 360 AIO on the top, which looks and functions GREAT! The RAM and SSD aren't the best (mainly SSD which is DRAM-less), but I knew that too and will just eventually replace them. All in all, I couldn't be happier!!! Specs: i9 10900K Asus Z490-V MOBO EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra 1tb SSD ADATA Swordfish 16GB XPG ADATA 3000mhz RAM Eluna 242V Case 800w gold Apevia power supply

The components in this system are a mixed bag and you are never sure what you are going to get. I purchased one for myself and another one as a gift for a family member. The first one came with a Gigabyte Gaming OC 3080 video card and cheap ASRock motherboard and the second one came with a Asus Prime motherboard and PNY XLR8 3080 video card. Both came with a cooling solution that is not sufficient for the i9-10900k. The first one I purchased had an added bonus as I used the birthday 10% off coupon that Best Buy sends you on your birthday. Considering the cost of the components and the scarcity of the 3080 (as of 12/31/20) then this is a great buy. You can literally purchase this unit, pull out the 3080, then sell the remaining system for about $1,000 or more which gives you a 3080 at near cost. It was a no brainer for me considering I had the 10% off coupon. If you decide to keep this system as is then you will need to replace the CPU cooler. I would budget at least $75 for a great air cooler or more for a better water cooling system. Overall this system at the current price point is a great value just be prepared to do a little work on it. I would definitely recommend it for the slightly technically inclined.

All I can say is that, its a 3080 when you cant find them individually... After 3 hours of running the computer, the Apevia power supply gave out and i had to RMA it back to Cyberpower. (surprising it did it in such a short time, not surprising it failed as Apevia is not a well known brand) I had an extra power supply laying around, so I slapped it into the system just to run bench marks and see how the system did.... and... its hot, very hot, so after assessing the issues, all of the fans in the system are setup for exhaust. So i pulled all the panels, again, to arrange the fans. After doing so the system ran much cooler, but then one of the fans stopped working, (not even one that I moved), plugged the fan into my other system to ensure it wasn't the header or PSU causing the issues, and nope, just a crappy fan.... So... with all that said, if you want to go ahead and buy a decent PSU, fans, and bigger AIO (because a single 120 just isn't enough for such a power hungry chip as the 10900k, granted that's an opinion). its not a "bad" deal, I wasn't "displeased" with the other hardware in the system, ill list them below. MOBO: Asus Prime Z490 RAM: Crucial Ballistix 3000 AIO: Coolermaster 120 GPU: Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC CPU: Intel 10900k SSD: WD 1TB NVMe SN550 Finally, IF the 3080 wasn't so hard to find, I would returned this PC and built my own for the trouble.

CyberpowerPC uses off-the-shelf components to assemble their PCs. The exact manufacturer of the parts inside may vary. I received: Motherboard: Asus Prime Z490-V Basic, but not bad. About what I expected. GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3080 GAMING X TRIO 10G This is MSI's top-tier card, with a 1815Mhz clock. Very happily surprised. RAM: ADATA DDR4 3000 16-21-21-38 Meh. At least it's from a vendor I recognize. SSD: WD Blue SN550 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB Major vendor, but relatively slow. Good enough for gaming, but will bottleneck content creation. Wireless: Generic Realtek 8821CE PCIe adapter. Horrible. Single antenna, terrible range, terrible performance. Have to replace it. PSU: Generic 800W. Not sure of the OEM or rating. Case: As pictured. Mid ATX, two intake fans on the right side of the case and an LED strip around the bottom. Magnetic mesh on top, room for more fans up there, but no room on the back because of the AIO. Two USB ports and two audio ports on the top of the case. The MB has a Thunderbolt header, but it's not wired to anything. Cooling: CyberpowerPC branded AIO. Low 80s under load, stable at 4.9Ghz, haven't done anything extreme yet. Airflow feels low. The motherboard only has the CPU FAN sensor connected, I haven't dug through the wiring to see if the case fans and pump are hardwired @100%. Build notes: Nothing was noticeably loose, machine booted up with no issues. RGB lighting is wired to a controller, not to the motherboard, so there's no software control. It looks like it's all generic 5V aRGB so that can probably be rewired after burn-in. Motherboard and GPU software wasn't installed, only generic drivers. Issues: It's thrown a CPU fan error on POST when powered on a couple times. It's only happened when the machine has been off at least a few hours, and it clears as soon as it reboots again. DP ports frequently lose sync with monitors, I'm not sure if it's a hardware or driver defect. No problems with HDMI, even with the same monitors having trouble with DP, but need the HDMI port for VR. Overall impressions: Incredible value. Mostly solid parts. Would be very hard to self-build at this price with identical components even if it was possible to get the i9 10900k or any 3080 at MSRP. The compromises due to lower-tier components and assembly-line simplification (like not wiring things to the MB) keep this from being a 5-star review, though. Put $100 more into parts, 15 extra minutes into wiring, and price it $200 higher, and this would be a competition-crusher.

Very decent value: You're basically getting all the components at cost. Desktop was packed well, with foam supporting the video card and internals. Be very careful removing the foam, it is very easy to bend the graphics card support. The support bends back into place easily if you do happen to move it during foam removal. As others have mentioned, the AIO radiator fans are set up opposing each other, which is very counter intuitive. I reversed one of the rad fans and system runs about 5 degrees cooler. I've also added a USB-C PCI express card, system has no USB-C connections.

    Great PC after some adjustments

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I'm pleased with the overall purchase, but adjustments are recommended if you want it to be functioning optimally. 1) I received the PC on the date promised. 2) My case had a pretty deep dent in the front. I contacted Customer support at BB, but was asked to bring it in. I could have easily emailed a pic given Covid and all, but that wasn't an option. 3) Everything worked out of the box; however, temperatures reached into the 90's C from games like Control and 3dMark testing at max settings. (1440p monitor/144hz) Based on previous reviews, I was aware of this issue and still think it's worth it after upgrading the cooling. I opted to install a corsair H150i 360 fans at the top to exhaust heat out. I also flipped the side fans that came with the system from exhaust to intake. I also added a fan to the back for exhaust... Now the temps are in the low 70 C under load. Awesome so far. 3) My PC came with a Apevia PSU 800w, I already had a 850w corsair RMX, so I just replaced it with that. FYI, the Apevia is not modular. Specs I received: Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC - Runs at under 70's C max under load. HardDrive: WD 1TB SSD Memory: Crucial Ballistix Red 3000mhz Mobo: Asus Prime z490-v Thanks to the previous reviews I was aware of these issues and still decided to buy it and I'm happy with it so far for the price. I recommend checking the CPU/GPU temps once you get it to see what performance you get. I don't think I would be happy with it without the known adjustments mentioned above. So, if you are willing to put in a little extra money and time/effort to upgrade the cooling and PSU, it will be a great pc that should last a long time. PS - these upgrades only took me a couple of hours. It's a little tedious to fit everything and reconnect the wires but it's worth it. *Took off 1 point for Quality for dent in the front of case.

Impossible to find a better deal than this machine at the time of purchase due to GPU shortages. The CPU, GPU, and SSD are all top of the line components at a great value. However, the included CPU cooler is severely lacking and will need to be replaced if you're really going to be stressing the hardware. The case looks alright and the RGB works as expected. The computer was very well packaged during shipping and worked flawlessly out of the box.

Overall it’s a decent computer for the price. If you’re going to buy this you might want to invest in a better cpu cooler, power supply, and more fans. It came with the gigabyte 3080 which overheats when playing cyberpunk. The card was going at 106 c at one point. Not complaining but if you’re going to play games invest some money into cooling your PC to avoid potential issues. At the end you get what you pay for.

I purchased this machine for parts rather than to use it as a whole prebuilt. Took it apart and moved everything to a new case, transferred fans as well. The CPU cooling solution is also rather poor, so a Noctua NH-D15 was a good swap. Otherwise a decent buy. A bum power cable came with mine, but that's an easily replaceable component. I've been running these parts for a while now and I am very happy with the performance.
