The setup of the computer was quick and easy. I've got it running wirelessly and downloads as fast as my wired pc does, which is a plus. I mostly got it for the Hardware specs, because a 3080 with I9 11th gen, is really expensive to build at the moment. worth it

2nd Pc I get from CyberPower Pc at BestBuy recommend getting all electronics from BestBuy fast friendly knowledgeable people was stoked when they started offering CyberPower Pc so far PC is running great upgraded for the Graphics Card looking forward to see what this PC can do will test it out be back with more info

I've needed a desktop for a while now. With so many options out there, it was hard to find one that suited my needs. The Best Buy employees (Larry Lek and Connor Medlock) went above and beyond with guiding and directing me to get something that made sense for me. The CyberPowerPC that I bought has plenty of power to run all my CAD programs for all my work projects. Overall, the buying experience was amazing. Larry Lek was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly. If you have any questions regarding computer tech., make sure you see one of them (Larry Lek and/or Connor Medlock @ the Cedar Hills Beaverton Location), if you are around the area of course. They are beyond awesome! Love those guys! Trust me, you will love them too!

Excellent buy. The pc is very fast and works flawlessly. FPS is running to the max on every game without any lag time.

Easy setup and install, got a label ready for UPS within the appropriate time frame. Everything is working great.

I just bought a similar model to this pc except mine has a 3090 instead and it works great I look forward to using it.

Computer has name brand parts in it. Slight surprise there for the price and the maker . I haven't bought a cyber power in years due to bad experiences in the (far) past. This computer has been good though and best of all? Not a single piece of bloat ware. Nothing. No trials. No "we are here to help you" monitoring software. Nothing. That's the first time i've seen a pre built system not have bloatware. Thumbs up to that, hey

I purchased this computer for our graphic designer we have commercial print shop and needed a machine with lots of power. After using for a month I have to say this has to be the best graphics computer we have ever owned. Super fast. No problems opening large files or running our programs. The best part is it had everything we needed so we didn't need to upgrade it.

Just look at the specs, what more could you want from a pre built pc.

I just received this PC on Saturday. I keep getting a BSOD that displays this error - CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. This makes this PC basically unusable as it has happened 7 or 8 times within 3 sessions of using it. Best buy had me bring it in and they wiped everything as well as doing a diagnostic test and could not find the issue. They went with Windows 10 instead of 11 in case that was the issue. Of course they did not get the code when my PC was there. not even an hour after i got back I got the code again. At this point I dont know what to do. I may just return and get a new one of this model and see if the issue was just with the specific PC i got. I also may just go with a different brand as i have reached out to cyberpower and have heard nothing back yet. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue and if there is a fix?

Having issues and support is not useful at all. Haven’t even had it 2 years. Never buy from them.

Garbage from the day it came in the door. I bought two of these computers. One works the other overheats and reboots when you play a cpu intensive game. The screen goes black and says no signal and you are forced to reboot with a hard reset because you can hear the sound but screen locks up and machine monitor is dead till the reboot. Call tech support to have them respond every three days saying things like... Whats the Bios say... Then three days and whats the serial number.... Not asking more then one question at a time and very slow responses. TECH support is garbage. Warranty is useless. Should have taken it back the day I got it but took time to see that others were having the same issue. Tried Geek support, They want 85 bucks to mail it to a service center who will call and tell you what it would cost for the parts they want to replace.. almost 3 grand wasted and machine is useless
