This is my second CyberPower PC. They build great gaming PC's my first one still works and is still capable of playing games. After troubleshooting the issues with Windows 11 I was able to get this computer up and running. It can handle all the games I play at MAX settings with no problems if you are looking for a reliable gaming PC that can handle everything buy this one you wont be dissapointed.

I bought this pc not too long ago and right out of the box I would not recommend this pc. After getting it set up and turning it on I noticed that my AIO radiator was making strange splashing noises. After testing my temps it seemed to have no effect on cpu temperature but was pretty annoying, When playing games I had to take the side panel off to even get reasonable temps, it would be better off in a case with better airflow. Just recently my PSU started to make very strange noises that sounded like it was coming from the fan and would constantly turn on then shut off. Eventually my lights for my ram turned off along with my case fans, so I am assuming it was caused by the power supply so I bought one from corsair to replace it. Overall, I would not recommend this pc to anyone unless you wanted to practically rebuild the entire thing into a new case and buy new parts that won't fail on you before the first month of owning this pc.

Got this for my gamer son as an upgrade from an HP Omen. He is really digging the upgrade as it is running all his games at the highest settings with no issue. Default settings on Windows 11 put the unit to sleep after 30 minutes and then the monitor would display ‘no signal’ and had to reboot it to have it display again. Change the settings fixed it. Great PC!!!

I purchased a CyberPower desktop prebuilt for the first time and it’s honestly been nothing but issues. The first one was dead out of the box and the second one had a weird motherboard issue (wouldn’t come back from sleep, but I was able to fix this with a bios update) and has what seems to be a bad GPU (3080) or power supply (maybe cable issues?). I did an RMA through EVGA because cyberpower support took so long and the issues persist. So now I’m really sort of stuck. Folks are right about email/online, it took 10+ days to hear a reply from cyberpower and it was just standard faq page email. Each subsequent email is 3-5 days apart. I personally won’t be purchasing another cyberpower pc. It so far has been a waste of nearly $3k (not to mention the countless hours troubleshooting). Spend the extra money and don’t think you can take the risk just to save a couple hundred bucks.

It works. but the process was such a pain. i had to return the first one due to damage. a dent in the back of the case where there was a rivet and the second one had a cracked leg (still works but come on... package your PCs better people) and also there was a chip in one of the RAM stick slots. Not a good look when the PC costs nearly $3000.

Just got the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i9-12900KF - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 - 2TB HDD + 2TB SSD - White from Best Buy and loving it! Super powerful gaming PC that will run anything. Video card went out on my old PC and with the prices the way they are now, this was an amazing value!

I have had the pc for about a week. So far it runs perfectly, It plays anything I want at max settings on a 144hz monitor and does not overheat at all. I got it for about 2800 which is a fantastic price while graphics cards like the 3080 are still getting scalped.

Overall I’m very happy with my purchase, it’s a great deal considering the market right now. This being said the case was slightly damaged which is not cyberpowers fault. There was also a 3 pin connector for the RGB in the case that was bent. It is still functional though.

Tl;dr: ordered the PC, arrived broke. The desired internal components are good value though. Cyberpower PC support isn't good, apparently no care for QC. For nearly $3000, QC should be top notch. I ordered this PC as a graduation gift. I was excited to open it up, plug it in, and get gaming. I picked it up at 8:30pm and plugged it in around 9:15pm. I followed all of the instructions and while the PC turned on, there was no video output. Looked at the graphics card and it was slightly slanted. It seemed secure though so I wasn't sure what it was. Next day, I brought it to Geek Squad and they were able to get it running. He was unable to distinctly say what went wrong. The tech noted that the way the fans were set up were inefficient, and one of the fans should've been mounted on top of the case. Not wanting to void my warranty, he kept the fans in the same location and I drove home with a working PC. When I got home, I plugged it in and everything was working okay for an hour. I downloaded and played Borderlands 2 for 10 minutes. I closed the game and then my screen went black, but the PC was still on. I turned off the PC and turned it back on and I was met with my original problem (no video output being detected). I called Cyberpower on two phones and waited 40 minutes trying to talk to someone when the estimated wait time was 5 minutes. Went to Best Buy later that day and returned it.

    Graphics Card Dead on Arrival

    |

System booted with immediate red light post to video card on motherboard indicating the video card was dead on arrival. I tried to get the system working on a few monitors, checked the connections were all secure, and tried using all of the connections on the video card in hopes it may have posted incorrectly, but that was all an exercise in futility. To compound the issue further, although I could not confirm it since the system could not be set up without a video signal, the Intel sticker on the outside of the computer case was for an i7. This is supposed to be an i9-12900KF, a major reason why I bought this particular computer along with its 3080 video card. Of course after returning the computer I could not order another one because they are now, "sold out" - probably a good thing as you know what they say, "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me". Other than my experience, the computer appears to have solid reviews, again something I took into consideration when purchasing this computer myself. If you do order this computer, confirm you are actually getting an i9 - like you paid for - not an i7. Major difference! The only other issue I experienced at Best Buy only compounded the frustration, at least at first. I brought the computer to Geek Squad to inquire over its return (within a day of delivery) and after waiting 20 minutes in line holding the computer in my arms, I asked to put it down on the counter. I was then greeted by an impatient, short fused, abrasive, Geek Squad member who tells me I need to have an appointment, and "maybe" they will get to me after all of the appointments that day - as I look at the monitor noticing a laundry list of people on the screen, and the Geek Squad close to 2 hours behind. Yet, barely a soul in the line behind me, and I was two people deep in line. Luckily, another Geek Squad Team member, who I believe is the manager, helped me shortly thereafter. I showed him the video card was dead on arrival and he confirmed. Ultimately, I was told in order to even return the product, Geek Squad would have to confirm it was defective. Therefore, essentially, by explanation of the first less than cordial, direct, and abrupt Geek Squad member, I should have had an appointment scheduled just to return a 3000 dollar computer I bought that was dead on arrival. Not that the experience was frustrating enough. Thankfully, another Geek Squad member was very nice and accommodating enabling me to return the product without an appointment. Quite the disappointing experience since I had also purchased this to surprise my son, but hey, not all experiences can be "rainbows and sunshine", right? The moral of the story is, at least in my case, this product is a "buyer beware". Sending a computer with a video card that boots, but does not work, clearly indicates these computers are not tested after they are put together by the manufacturer and can therefore be shipped with defective parts. Also, as stated, there was an i7 sticker on the computer case that should house a high end 12th gen i9. Obviously, someone could have just put the wrong sticker on the case, after all, they shipped a defective video card. However, the on the other side of that coin, the system may not have had the i9 as advertised and confirmed in the product's description online. Then of course, if you get the wrong Best Buy Geek Squad Team member, you may be told to schedule an appointment just to return a 3000 dollar computer that was shipped to you broken and not working. So much for that "Elite Plus" Member status. Thanks for your time.
