Overall I have had no issues with this PC. I opened it up and plugged it in and I was done. The graphics card is more than I’ll ever need along with a processor that can handle almost anything. Worth it.

It has a lot of power. Only issue was the motherboard CD in the package was bent and would never be usable. Not that this even has a CD or DVD just the principle of it.

I bought a pc at CyberPowerPC and couldn't be more happy. Their customer support was great and I highly recommend it!

It's a great PC, it arrived ready to play and without any shipping problems, It runs at 120 fps fluently in Fortnite so I'm more than happy

Went through 2 of these pcs before deciding to get my money back 1st pc came with defective lights on one of the fans. 2nd pc which was an exchange for the 1st pc got WAY too hot cpu was hitting 90-100 degrees Celsius told by geek squad it could be a possible radiator issue so i said f that and got my money back. Stay away from cyberpower now i understand why everyone laughs when you mention you have a cyberpower pc

The lights do not work , and eight of the port not functional. For the money it was disappointing.

I’ve had this for about a year and it significantly slowed down. No one has any answers to whats wrong with it, it will crash randomly and freeze. Nothing has worked. I have no viruses, everythings running as it should on the technical side of things, but i can barely even use it for school work without it crashing.

After 6 months of ownership the Computer crashing over and over I decided to take it in for warranty as it is one year. Long hassle to get local appt scheduled to look at it at Best Buy. Told I must buy $180 fixit plan and pay for any hardware needed to be replaced. Or ship it for minimum of 6 weeks to get warranty honored fix. The Best Buy geeks can fix it in 1-2 days but I need the $180 plan to see if they can do anything. Second machine gaming machine I have bought from Best Buy that failed me. First one only runs with a fan on it and overheats

Computer freezes after 4 to 18 hours. Online reviews indicate this is a common problem from this manufacturer. And it may be a scam that reads people’s personal data from drives. Erasing does not delete data, on inspection erased personal data is only masked as being deleted, but all the personal data remains on the drives.

I had it for one day & the motherboard is already blinking red & not displaying on the monitor. Horrible result for so much money.

Not only does the computer run extremely well, it also looks cool and comes with a free gaming keyboard and mouse. One thing to note is the computer is pretty big so make sure you have room to store it.
