This is my first time getting a preassembled PC, I was assembling myself for the last 20+ years. Was very surprised by how beautiful this set up is. I bought it just before the Thanksgiving week and price was great too! It comes with keyboard, mouse, preinstalled Win 11 Home and is fully ready to be used.

Works straight out of the box. I use it for sim racing and it's a breeze. Feels like it would be fine with triple screen setup My setup Fanatec DD1 V3 pedals 4k 50" TV Assetto corsa with SOL mods and set to max ~160fps Iracing with set to more visual detail ~ 270fps

So far so good. I got it on a Black Friday sale which was actually a really good deal. I like that the specs are higher than most other prebuilt PC's with the same GPU. Also, it came in two days early and that made my Thanksgiving. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

I recently bought it, and it arrived in good condition. I highly recommend purchasing it with its warranty or with the Total membership, as if there is any issue or doubt about the computer, this membership is really helpful.

had to return for a diff one because they didnt put the gpu supports in before adding foam resulting in damaged gpu upon arrival

I bought this PC on a Black Friday deal and it has been amazing. It was hard to beat the deal that was offered for that specs this PC has. A big upgrade from what I had. Would recommend to anyone.

I purchased this CyberPowerPC to replace my sons old Gaming PC. The power this PC brings to the table far exceeded our expectations.

Pc come in 2 days before the it suppose to come, but you might have to call a tech to figure it out about "when Pc on rest mode then you come back to play game your screen will turn black and cant game until you restart it" but overall great pc, good temp on both CPU and GPU

So far its been great. Great for rendering and gaming. Audio out via usb interface has some electrical noise though. Make sure to open it up and check for components coming loose or disconnected during shipping! Overall im really happy with it.

out the case cleaned all the packaging off of it and no cables had come loose it also arrived on time its absolutely beautiful

This PC is incredible! It arrived flawlessly, it performs amazingly, and does not skimp on the hardware front. The hardware is astonishingly good!

I was so excited about this PC, had been stalking it online for months to wait for a sale. Finally; a sale arrived! I purchased it(mistake #1) and even paid for expedited shipping(mistake #2). It arrived on time as expected, however what was unexpected was that, right out of the box, it didn't work. Oh it powered on alright, but my display continued to show "No Signal" for the following hours of tinkering the rest of that day had to hold. After talking with BestBuy "Support", who only asked questions like "Have you tried plugging it in?", I am now in the situation of having to take it in. Yes, I will be driving 10miles to BestBuy(which totally defeats the purpose of paying the expediting shipping) and send this brand new shiny PC in for REPAIRS. A brand new $2K+ PC should not have to go in for repairs, especially not from right out of the box. Ridiculous. I would not recommend this PC to anyone. I will like be returning for a refund and looking elsewhere.
